Agarwal Packers & Movers — Refund of difference amount for sharing cube

Goods booked from Pune to Gurgaon vide GCPUN[protected] for separate cube and charged Rs. 56925/- but goods delivered at Gurgaon by sharing cube which would have cost me apprx 36000/- as quoted by APML surveyor. As goods of others ( GC mentioned on goods PUN[protected] forcibly entered in my booked cube, my houshold goods damaged.

Fraud is done by Apml and there is deficiency in service. Even after several follow up from Apml cust care no resolution or solution gave by Apml team.

Kindly give refund of this freight charges of difference amonut and compensation for damaged goods
