I placed order to shift my bags from Delhi to JSR.. And I expected that atleast they can carry the bags safely. What I received was complete bag in wet condition, with all clothes inside wet with stinky bad smell. Out of 6 bags total 3 bags were fully wet. On complaining they say that it was natural climate and rainy season. I made a huge mistake on trusting Agarwal Packers and Movers. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (1)
Agarwal Packers & Movers customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jul 10, 2021 Updated by PujaSinn Can I expect refund because I have really faced a lot of issue. All items in my bags including all clothes, and othe important stuff were wet with stinky smell.. This was an honest mistake that the packing was not done properly and was brought in rain, that the clothes deep inside are all wet n some are stinky.
