Our dining table with glass top was damaged during movement from greater noida to kottayam, kerala.
The claims department after taking details for settlement is not responding.

You may either replace our dining table with a similar table

Dining table (Rs.7000/-) is with the dining table glass attachment (item 43 - Rs.7000/-). Showrooms sell the whole dining table with the glass top, do not sell base or top separately.
Either you replace a similar dining table with glass top or settle our claim for the dining table with the glass top (Rs.7000 + Rs.7000 = Rs.14000). The amount of Rs.15000/- was our original claim for the whole dining table inclusive of the glass top.
The main purpose of getting an insurance was to get compensation for any damages
Let us not waste time discussing the issue unnecessarily. Please arrange to pick up the whole dining table & settle our claim of Rs.14000/- as per the signed document at the earliest.
