I would like to share my feedback on your service for my consignment.
From day 1, when my items were packed the truck took almost 5 to 6 hrs to reach my place for picking up the items.
From day 2 till today- i have not at all received any update on my house hold goods which is placed on your storage. No phone calls, no photos, no videos, etc.
i am literally loosing my trust and confidence in you guys. Being an owner i should be authorised to see the condition of my goods.
Whenever i called i just got to hear one sentence and that is “it is in the cube/ container and will be shifting it soon and share the pics and videos.”
Its been more than 2 weeks now and i don't have any idea where my goods are! and in which condition!
I would like to highly escalate it and want a proper resolution, else i might have to file a complain in the social media or consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
