Agarwal Packers & Movers — Unprofessional behaviour and fraud

Have shifted my household goods from GOA to BENGALURU. I opted for storage services till February 2025. One of the team member mr. Karan of APML called me and informed that they have settled the storage charges and I need to pay ₹2870 but due to unavoidable reasons I could not shifted in the month of march. When I tried to get my household goods in last week of march they asked me to pay ₹6345. Since last one week I am trying to get my household goods but no one is responding from the team. I have only received my bike that too in damaged condition. I told mr. Nikhil from APML that I am not available in weekdays and requested him to get the household goods delivered in weekends. Since last three days he is telling me that he will get the things done but now today he is telling that he is not responsible from Bengaluru team go and connect Bengaluru team. They forced me to pay the money without explanation, they told me to pay or else they will not deliver my household goods. As the bill provided my them I made the payment but now no one is responding regarding the delivery. I have to go to my office in weekdays and not able to receive my household goods, I have nowhere to go if I am not getting my household goods today. APML is harassing me mentally. Customer care executive is responding very rudely and arrogantly but no one is registering my grievance And now they have blocked me everywhere so that I can’t register my grievance.
