Following is the chronology of our complaint:
1. We booked our consignment of 15 items to be transported from Pune to Bangalore on 4th April 2022.
2. The consignment reached Bangalore on 10th April 2022.
3. The company (APML) gave a written confirmation of the delivery on 15th April 2022.
4. However, when we contacted the delivery manager Mr. Santosh, he was very rude and said the delivery will be done on 17th April 2022.
5. We then contacted the customer care who provided written confirmation and did not deliver on 15th April'22.
6. Now, sighting the delay due to unreasonable issues, the customer care also said the delivery will be on 17th April'22.
7. Since past 10 days we are incurring food and transportation cost due to non-delivery of our consignment.
8. Also, if APML does not deliver on "written" email confirmation, how should the consumer believe they will deliver on the said date of 17th April'22?
9. Such unprofessional behaviour needs to be addressed with stricter actions.
