Hi Aggrwal Team,
I booked a new chair transfer from Mumbai - Pansy Furniture to Dharwad.
Experience is just horrible heart breaking experience financially, mentally and emotionally!!
Chair is broken. Despite my mom asked to open the box, he denied and did not opened the box.
When she opened the box she saw chair is broken. When she tried to reach to the delivery guy he said he will come to house. Next time he swtiched off the phone for 3 hours. After continous calling he pickedup and now confidently says speak to the Aggarwal courier. This is hell of the experience.
I just want my chair to be replaced with new chair or refund my Rs 14700.
I am not in India so I cant pick the call please speak to my mother @ 91-[protected]. Or call me over whatsapp @ 91-[protected].
Honestly, I am extremely pissed off and if I dont hear I dont have any choice apart from of complaining it in the consumer court.
