      I approached them for stroage in house, due to pandemic i kept my belongings at speed link, I saw the war house it is worst, later on they Swifted to new house. Approximately After one year i request them to delivery the product to my village. After the full payment finally they had delivered after 3 days. After the delivery I saw the tv it is unsafe and it having wholes on it. And tv is not mine.

        I booked my byke delivery to pune from vizag.

        1) when i called initially they told me 5000
        2) at the time of booking they told me to pay extra for insurance and blackmailed that they won't guarantee byke safety unless i pay insurance (Name:jaypal)
        And while picking up the byke another person took 500
        3) byke was here until lockdown
        4) checked with them in may, they said they couldn't send due to lockdown
        5) finally i asked them to return my byke but they asked me to pay extra 1500 for godown charges

        All together, they cheated. I am logging police compliant also but want inform all so that it won't happen to you

          !!BAD AGENCY!! !!RUDE WORKERS!! !!VERY POOR SERVICE!!

          I experienced their services to transport my luggage from Gurgaon to Bangalore which has been deported to Bangalore in 10 days. I still don't know what is the condition of my luggage.

          I called to Sandeep (may be) at +91 [protected] (One of the agent I guess sits at Gurgaon location), who always make false statement just to misguide. It's been 1 month and 5 days that I haven't received my belongings.

          He (Sandeep) finally asked me to pick my luggage by my own and said will paytm the amount (This is not the service I paid for). To do this tedious task I will have to travel 120Kms (Ballendur to TCI stop, Tumkur road Near Nagasandra Metro Station) (6hrs approximately).

          He also mentioned that I will be charged 1000rs for keeping the goods at their warehouse and is chargeable 100rs per day and that will be deducted from the amount I will receive in my Paytm (Transportation cost which I am going to bear), however when I called earlier he said 50rs per day.

          There are many numbers written on the bill but no one give satisfactory response and disconnect rudely.

          I am now thinking to file a complaint in consumer court. Let's see!

            My goods were being shipped to ranchi, jharkhand from bangalore karnataka. I feel ashamed to even give 1 star. It is horrible. My suitcase got lost and they didn't help me at all. They don't even know how to speak to women. They are very unprofessional and people with no respect at all. No talking decency. My goods worth 30000/- got lost and they didn't pick my call or replied to my messages. They made me wait for a month, without responding. The person who was dealing was ramesh kumar. When i spoke to him, he very disrespectfully told me that he can't do anything apart from paying me back, but when i told him to try at least because there were important things in that suitcase he said i am wasting his time. After that, he kept cutting my calls and blamed me for accusing him of stealing, when i said i would go legal in this matter, he told me to go if i have the audacity to, and he also told me that he doesn't give a damn or cares at all. I don't understand what kind of a person is he. I am very hurt and unhappy with the service i have received.

              This is with reference to our transportation of Household Goods from Mumbai to Patiala. More than Rs.50000/- loss. Even I had to pay from my pocket to Labour at Mumbai & Patiala. They took 20000/-more what they give quotation after loading the goods Furniture are broken. TV unit, computer table completely broken. Even bike broken.

                they have delivered my household things after 1 month from chennai to kolkata.

                they will send local gunda to deliver your house holds things to your home to take money from you.

                they are bull and false people they lie all the time.

                these people should be bitten and his company should be closed.

                please please please do not use them.

                  Hi, My name is Kali Charan Gajula. On 22 June 2014 I have handed over my house hold goods along with flower pots and Bike(With helmet). I have paid the Rs12216 for these packers and movers for Shifting to Warangal my bill no. 1242. Also I have paid Rs4500 (Bill no. 1244)to them for shifting my bike along with helmet to Hyderabad. They have delivered some of the house hold things but never delivered my 7 flower pots(along with plants) and helmet. I had lots of attachment to those plants, God knows what happened to them :( I have called him almost for 15 days he promised that he will deliver now and then but never delivered them. Now he stopped picking the phone itself. I want to take strict action on these packers and movers and hope they return back my missed/misplaced goods. Thanks, Kali charan Gajula

                    Agarwal Speed link...movers and car transporter....I had booked a car to transport from Ahmedabad to Delhi...the car was damaged...the transported instead tried to cover up the damage by denting/painting and delivering the car late in the night.....even after several follow ups..no resolution from the service provider. AVOID Agarwal Speed link for moving/packing and car transportation....instead spend little more and use Original AGRAWAL.

                      Hope you have gone through my complaint on how badly my households were handled by your company. I have paid full amount i.e. Rs.54084/- and in return received my households in open truck (not in container truck which was agreed upon) soaked in water, mattresses were full of fungas, Dining table broken......and most amazing part my goods were delivered through road-side labouerers and without any documents...they just dumped my goods and left....no delivery sheet on cross checking of packing list viz-a-viz the boxes...nothing. No person from your company came with my goods. Its really a joke that too for a company like Agarwal packers & Movers. On the top of that this being my tenth reminder - no one even bothered to respond and and send the reply.

                      This is extremely disappointing and unacceptable and required your direct intervetion URGENTLY.

                      Till now, I have not received any communication or any reply from your side, which is extremely surprising. These email are sent on your official email as mentioned in your website as well as on your Invoice and even then your are not responding to my mails.

                      The app. damage done by your company in shifting my household is on average is as under:

                      == Three double bed springwell mattresses - app. @ 18000 X 3 = Rs.54000/-

                      == Wooden deisgner Dining table base - app. Rs.20000/-

                      == Computer Table - app. Rs.10000/-

                      == Crockery box having broken crokery - app. Rs. 10000/-

                      Total Damage caused by your service / company to me = App.94000/-

                      Not to mention the pain and agony of washing each and every thing in water soaked boxes.

                      If someone senior and responsible does not come to visit the damage done by you to my goods by today....as mentioned above, I have to throw those damaged and stinking items from my falt - as I no longer keep them in house having two samll kids. For official purpose I will take the pictures of the same so can be produced at the apporpriate place - if needed.

                      Pl. treat this request as Urgent and respond. You cannot run from your accountability and responsibility and the wrong you have done to me. All final payment as per your invoice already made by me to you in good faith.

                      Dear Sir,

                      I am extremely surprised and greatly disappointed by the approach and neglect of Agarwal Speed Link Pvt. Ltd. Head Office and its Management regarding my complaint. This is your official email id as mentionede in your website and Invoice and irrespective no one responded to my email complaint.

                      I am recaping the issues and facts:-

                      *) My household goods were shifted from Pune to Gurgaon through your Pune Branch [Pune Branch supervisor (Mr. Narendra Mobile
                      No.[protected])]. I was told by Mr. Narendra that my households will be shifted in dedicated container truck and my car (Esteem Car UP 80 P 7200) in carriage and was quoted Rs. 54084/- . I paid Rs.40000/- as
                      an advance for the same.


                      *) To our huge surprise the goods arrived at our flat on 01-08-10 around 12.30 pm (Orchid Petal, 410,Tower 5, Sohna Road, Sector-49) in open truck with Tirpolin on it. We got further shocked when we saw that all our goods are soaked in water, smelling very bed , having fungus on all three double bed "BROKEN" mattresses and on boxes. All boxes, clothes, books were wet. My dining table base is completely broken, racks were broken, computer table is broken...everything was in mess.

                      *) Not even a single employee from Agarwal Packers & Movers came with my goods / with the truck...some four roadside laborers were there without having any document or papers with them but only having my mobile no.; they told me that your stuff has come with few other people's material in a lorry and was lying in open when we found the same in company's Gurgaon go-down. When we tried taking the picture of truck which came to deliver my damaged goods he quickly moved the truck (HR 47A 2442) out from society. However some picture of this open truck we could manage to take from our mobile.

                      *)The laborers just dumped the wet, soggy, damaged stuff in house and
                      went off...no document shown, no signing done ...nothing...no process of handover. When called your Delhi Office person V.K.Sharma (Mobile [protected]) he did not respond. Another person Mr. Naveen Kumar (Mobile [protected]) to whom we contacted (as he called yesterday that today my goods will be shifted) told that he has some family problem and cannot come or do anything.

                      So, all my households in damaged condition - left at the mercy of
                      roadside laborers with no identity cards and documents with them. The no.s written on boxes were washed off as they all exposed to rain....no identification of box no. took place as the laborers just dumped the soaked boxes in my flat. We are going through all the items now to identify what is missing / or could be stolen.

                      *)The totally damaged items are:

                      - Three double bed matresses (which are broken from centre, soked in water, stinking and having fungus on them)

                      - 6 chairs wooden Dining table base (completely broken)

                      - Computer table (broken from top)

                      Rest all clothes are wet and stinking...we are washing them and trying to save them.

                      *) Car was delivered on 1st evening and I paid the balance amount to the person who was having the delivery copy for Car only and signed on the deliver document for car and also took his signature for receiving the balance money.

                      *) So, on 1st when I received my car I made the full and final payment towaqrd my Invoice in good faith that your company will soon respopnd to this gross mistake and negligence and will do the needful at the earliest.

                      *) But, again after getting the full and final payment - no one responded from your side.

                      *) I have taken the pictures of the damamged items and have to discard those soon as I cannot keep the stinking mattresses in my house with full of fungus....have two small kids in house....will wait for your senior and responsible person to conatct me by this Friday.

                      What you have done is completely wrong, illegal and unacceptable.

                      Pl. respond URGENTLY and do the needful,else I have left with no other option but to seek justice from court only.

                      To my utter surprise, till now no one from your company called to check what happened yesterday with my households...if at all my goods arrived....delivered. No documents or confirmation from any one. No one is beileving such thing can happen with company like Agarwal Packers & Movers...but it is true and has happened to me.

                      Moreover, some one Mukesh (Mobile:[protected]...later called from Mobile:[protected]) called me today and told me to come to his Gurgaon office and pick the car...I have no idea who this Mukesh is....and when I told him that we agreed with Agarwal Packers & Movers and signed for door to door delivery and you should deliver the same to the address mentioned in the document and collect the balance amount in cash i.e. Rs.14195/- (Rs.40000/- already given as advance)...also I sent him the SMS for record. I was told that I have to come to their office pay the balance and collect the car from their office only.

                      What is this happening ? Its completely unfair, unacceptable and against the contract and committment.

                      Pl. take up this matter to the management and do the needful URGENTLY.

                      piece…as looking into the kind of service and work practice your
                      company is having.

                      This whole episode definitely deserves a thorough investigation at
                      your company management level and a proper filling of complaint… so no
                      other customer should meet with the same fate as I have met...trusting
                      your company’s name.
                      Pl. take immediate action and advise.
