Agoda — Room booked and payment made but the hotel refused booking.

I booked a deluxe room in hotel Adyasha Inn through Agoda app for 18 June 2022. When I called that hotel they refused that I have a booking at the hotel.How is this possible?I feel like I am being cheated.
