1. This is in reference to my booking b-delhi[protected]. Mob no [protected] sudhir kala, date of journey 09 oct 17.
2. My booking time was 1245 pm. I spoke to coy reps two time on 09 oct 17 that i want to postpone the ride, i was told that sir we can extend ur time till 0145 pm this is within our power and there will be no waiting charges for that, the cab left at 1400 hrs a (Precisely 15 min late then the time agreed) and i was charged 300 rs for that. I spoke to miss mayuri and i was told that this will be waved off, however at the end of trip the owner n driver of the cab spoke rudely and asked for 200 rs which was paid to the driver.
3. Driver took the long route, he was not aware of the use of gps also. Instead of going through mawana he reached meerut, on asking he said he has gone there to fill the cng same logic was given by mr pramod and said sir, 8-10 km extra we will not charge from u dnt worry. But becz of this extra 24 kms dvr reached apprx 09:20 pm, and this this 30-40 mins extra ride made him reache after 09:00 pm and i was charged rs 250 ni charges also.
3. I understand and accept 10 kms extra, but 14 kms extra covered and bcz of that ni charges was again additional. All toll charges and enroute was paid by us as per coy policies.
4. I request you to kindly take note of the commitment made by company and refund the waiting charges, the money paid for extra distance covered and due to that night charges asked. I also wish to info you that at the end of trip i got msg of travelling 223 kms only.
5. I expect a suitable response from this reputed company and corrective action is taken with intimation to me at the earliest pls. Was this information helpful? |
