Air Arabia — baggage lost, and unhelpful, impolite and liar staff

This is ahmad, the owner of the blue bag which number tn (Carrier - bag tag number) is: [protected] and which was lost on the way from beirut to mumbai (Flights ng9 386 and g9 406) by the staff of airarabia airlines.
First of all, as i mentioned to the employees, i can't take it from mumbai, i don't know anyone there, the place where i live is in orissa state (Only 20 km from bhubaneswar airpot (Biju patnaik airport).
I asked the staff kindly send it to bhubaneswar airport. I was thankful for finding it. However, it is the company fault for losing it after all. Going to mumbai to take my bag will cost me too much.
However, instead of saying sorry for the inconvenience, we will send it to you. They called me from the number: +[protected] saying that they didn't lose it but i left it there intentionally. They weren't polite at all.
After their mistake, they lied as it is my mistake.
Airarabia airline staff has lost my bag.
I reached to mumbai on 11 september having 2 bags in the airplane. I found only one. I reported a claim that i lost it and came to odisha state where i live.
I sent to you a complaint about it too and the staff found it and said that they want to send it to me (To bhubaneswar).

Imagine that according to them (Airarabia mumbai airport staff), i left my luggage because i don't want the extra weight in my next flight.
However, i had enough weight in my domestic flight to carry 2 more bags not only one which is only 8 kgs. I could have taken another bag too in my hand baggage since i have nothing in my hand (0 kgs)).
He said things like that i am a liar and he investigated that then he found that i am the one who left my expensive luggage (Including medicines and handmade gifts) and he added that he doesn't care about my complaints to you and closed the phone.
They lost my luggage and claimed that i left it intentionally.
I wanted only my bag to come back to me but they did a wrong thing and they were unhelpful.
In perfect airline, they should get a punishment not only should send my bag.
However, i only want my bag and my luggage.
It is not professional at all even after losing my baggage to say to me "you are the one who lost it". They didn't even try to correct the mistake but did another one by claiming that i am lying and they did nothing at all.
I traveled many and many times, this is the first time airline loses my luggage and it is my first time in air arabia.
Your airline lost my luggage and i want it back.
Every day they call me and say tomorrow then they do nothing but last time they called saying that it isn't their fault.
