End of july 2021 we had a flight but this flight was overbooked and we weren't able to go on this flight... We lost 4 days of our trip because of this situation and had a lot of financial issues because of this. On the phone we had a friendly lady who told us that we would receive a financial compensation. We are a couple of months later and I tried calling/Mailing them without any concrete action from their side... Was this information helpful? |
