Air Arabia — fraud ill treatment baggage lost

#fraudairarabia case. I with my wife & 3 yrs son travelled dammam to nagpur via sharjah on 24 jan. I had checked in online and reached airport 2 hrs prior to departure. Check in staff refused to accept our baggage as family. And told us to make all luggage in 30 kg denominations. While we were doing so, that heartless staff closed counter and left us stranded at airport. When i complained authorities they said in no case ur luggage can go with u. I was on final exit visa so they helped in in boarding aircraft. When i complained airlines after reaching india. They opened a case and doing nothing. I have to pay around 25000 inr to bring the luggage to my place. The shameless disgusting airlines is doing nothing to help me despite harassing me and my family.
