Dear Team,

Please make a note passenger was having all the necessary documents which you mentioned on your travel guidelines . I did not get an answer or solution which I was complained my complain is genuine . I am requesting you to go through the travel guidelines

All vaccinated passengers with E-Visa arriving in sharjah and ras alkhaimah are allowed from India

As a traveller always I will follow your guidelines and no where mentioned that E Visa cany only travel after 14 days of vaccination so it's not my fault requesting you to reissue the ticket according to my preferred date and time and that's my right

And also your trivandrum crew supervisor treated 62 year old citizen with this scenario without any courtesy and rudeness which I am not expecting from such a reputed airline

Hoke you will consider an reissue the ticket

67885415 jariyath esmail esmail kunju could not travel today because of the unclear airline guidelines .passenger not allowed from air Arabia Trivandrum airport crew & restrict to travel due to the non completion of 14 days after vaccination which did not mentioned in your airline travel guidelines .E-visa vaccinated passengers can travel and there is no days mentioned in your guidelines and also was done all the required pcr test as per your guidelines and cash lost due to the travel restrict .so requesting you to reissue the ticket according to my preferred travel date and time. If I was aware while booking and also after receiving your ticket and guidelines this was not mentioned thatswhy I booked the ticket . If not I will use this guide lines which you send to me and file a case against your airline and that's my right .
