Hello sir/madam,
I booked air costa flight from jaipur to vizayawada on 19-mar-2017 but flight got cancelled due to some reason and my refund still not credit in my bank account. Even those i received mail from air costa on 09 mar 2017 for refund stating that refund will be created in my account in next 5-7 days. And details are as below. I have contacted them by several times with mails and phone calls but the answer same (With in one week your amount will refund)

UMNR children aged between 5 and 12 years of age are subject to UMNR charges of INR 1500.
Name changes and re-routing are not permitted.

Failure to show up for the flight at least 45 minutes prior to the scheduled departure will be treated as No-Show and will result in the fare and surcharges being forfeited.
Check in: check-in closes 45 minutes before departure.
Through Check-in:- Permitted for passengers holding a confirmed booking in the same PNR.
All fees are subject to change without notice.
