Air Costa — Refund for flight cancellation for feb cancellation

I booked a couple of flights for feb end and march, through easemytrip and makemytrip. They canceled the flights and their operations are grounded. No refund has been issued so far even after following up for 3 months. More than 30 k has been stuck with them. This has been the case with few more passengers.
