Air India — air india failed transaction refund

I tried to book to and fro air tickets from kolkata to port blair [journey dates 07/10/2019 and 11/10/2019] on 30/06/2019 [booking date] in the name of 3 travelers [shipra mehta, neeraj mehta and swastik mehta]. While the amount of rs 1, 13, 458.00 has been debited from sbi account of my husband but my ticket has not been booked causing a lot of inconvenience to me. The transaction number is qsbi[protected]igagmaizg0 and pnr number is j1h32.

You are requested to immediately refund the amount of 1, 13, 458.00 at the earliest.
