Respected Sir/Madam,

This is Srikarni R writing to you with a state of disappointment regarding Air India Theft during my travel from California to Hyderabad on Feb 17th -19th travel dates.

I am writing this to you with lots of hope and huge respect towards the great man (Ratan Tata Ji). I have travelled from California-Chicago-Delhi-Hyderabad. I started my flight on 17th of Feb from SFO airport and landed at Chicago Airport on 18th of Feb. My flight with Air India was at Chicago airport on 18th of Feb, and the airport crew took my Cabin bag while boarding the flight inside the tube saying that there is no space available for the cabin bag and I can collect it at Delhi airport. Trusting them, after I landed at Delhi airport, I checked for my cabin bag for nearly 3 hours and could not find it and tried to register a complaint at help desk and they said that I don't have enough time for my connecting flight to Hyderabad, trusting them again I flew to Hyderabad and again after searching there for 2 hours I filed a complaint of missing luggage and the help desk assured me that I will recieve my luggage delivered after two days to my home. I mentioned that I want to verify my things at the airport and not to deliver to my house. But they "did deliver the luggage to my house" and when I opened my Cabin bag, I was very shocked to see that My expensive jewellery got stolen, expensive watches got stolen, my clothes, and some food items as well. I am totally lost and broken and filed a complaint at the local police station and they are in a process of verifying where it actually happened.

Please see attached documents for your reference. I wanted to express my unhappiness for flying with Air India for the first time and I am still in a deep state of shock for this service and unable to spend time with my family due to this incident which shook me mentally.

I kindly request you to please ..please.. look into this issue and help me because I lost my Mangalsutra as well which is very important for me.

        HJGD2 is my PNR. The flight was from Jaipur to Bilaspur via Delhi. I boarded the Jaipur to Delhi Flight. And after landing at Delhi they tell that the flight has been delayed by 8 hours. After 2 hours they tell that the flight has been cancelled. Now I was left stranded at Delhi airport. Had they told me at Jaipur that the flight from Delhi to Bilaspur has been cancelled I wouldn't have boarded it. Its been more than 10 days and I haven't received my refund.

        The flight cost was 14, 866 and I want the complete refund for the time lost and the mental agony I went through

          Dear Team,

          Recently I travelled in Air India flight from Chennai to Amsterdam. Ticket number for the same is E-TICKET NUMBER:[protected].

          I faced bad behaviour from air India support team near checkin in Chennai while doing checkin of luggage. My hand luggage is excess as then the limit. I asked them support on it in buying extra luggage baggage as well as in other options to take extra luggage too. Instead of helping the passenger the Air India support team wasted 2 hrs my valuable time and they keep on asked to change luggage here and there and also even in buying extract luggage also they didn't helped me properly.

          Almost they wasted more then 2 hours of my time and they made be lot of pressure and tensed in catching the flight. They provided my ticket when I left with only 10-15 mins of time to catch the flight. I really struggled to catch the flight because after luggage checkin the remaining things more time too.

          I really spent lot money for travel and also spent money buying extra luggage but not expected bad service from Air India. I came to airport before 3 and half of hours my flight but due these all nonsense I catched flight just couple of minutes before to fly that with lot of struggles and challenges.

          I want my struggle, physical and mental pressure on that time to be paid off.

            I happened to visit the Air India office located in Kairtabad to enquire about my refund for the above PNR.

            I was informed by madam Moshmi saying only partial refund was initiated(I still don’t see the money in my account yet). I expressed my concern to Moshmi madam saying I am eligible for full refund since my flights were cancelled due to Covid reasons. I was asked to compose another email and send it out and so I am writing this email.

            I have requested Moshmi madam to double check if the flights were running on my travel dates, and she did look into your system and verified the flights were cancelled 100%.

            Also, there was some charge of 13, 000 odd rupees per ticket which also need to be refunded. I would like to know what are those charges for and can they be refunded as well.

            Kindly please issue the FULL refund as soon as possible.

              Regarding baggage damage

              I had travelled from Mumbai to New Delhi on 27thFeb'22 and while collecting my luggage at New Delhi airport found the same damaged.

              Immediately i had lodged a complain at baggage counter of air india at T3 terminal of New Delhi. (receipt enclosed)

              I had immediately sent an email on 27thFeb'22 on the email id provided at the baggage counter and on the complaint slip.

              I got a refund of only 4038 Rs instead of 24372 Rs which was committed to me by your customer care guy .

              My PNR is HMYBP (Now in Cancelled Ticket status)
              My refund Reference number is WB DDEL[protected]

              When I booked my Tickets from Delhi to Surat in Nov on Nov 6 the terms and conditions said that you can cancel free of charge 4 days before travel.

              Customer Care Initially gave me Credit of 24 372 Rs for Open ticket and asked me to take refund from [protected]@airinida.in from where they only gave 4038 Rs .Even after mutliple follow ups they keep promising the amount but dont deliver.

              But now they charging 3000 cancellation charge is not ok I need my remaining amount of ticket as i cancelled many days before travelling and was confirmed and committed by your customercare

              When I booked my Tickets from Delhi to Surat in Nov on Nov 6 the terms and conditions said that you can cancel free of charge 4 days before travel.

                I have been refunded only a portion of the amount I was promised when I canceled the flight. I was told that I will get £4888 back after a deduction of £150 per person. But, I have received only £1978 back. I have called numerous times on their customer service number and have been waiting for hours multiple times after being redirected to your escalation department. The only time I was able to get through to the escalation department, I was was told that this would be sorted in a couple of hours. It has been 2 days since and I have not received the balance amount yet.

                      We had booked Air India flight from Mumbai to Kolkata on 29th November. Air India cancelled the fight and we have opted for Refund. Its been 100+ days but the refund is still not processed. We have followed up with Air India customer care almost more than 20 times but every time we are getting same response In next 7-10 working days they will process the payment but nothing is happening. We are tired of calling Air India because there is no one who is ready to resolve this issue and best part is their customer support email. every time when we drop an email we get response after 12-14 days stating for refund contact our customer care.

                        I had booked ticket with AIR India. Travelling route was Toronto-Mumbai which was cancelled due to COVID. As cancelation is from AIR INDIA side, I am eligible full refund of $961.13 CAD.
                        After so many email & Call follow ups its been 9 month & yet the money is not yet reimbursed.

                        I have received too many case ids from Air India but no action.
                        It has affected my credit score & I also had to bear interest losses as the was paid by credit card. Even after repeated follow ups there has been no response or rude & vague response.

                          Booked PNQ-DEL-ORD Z0RSH flight on Jan for departure date of 16th March.
                          want to rescheduled due unavoidable reason.
                          When try to reschedule online, it was failing to retrieve information. Attached screenshot.
                          Called customer 3-4 times each time i got answer "yes you can rescheduled online but we are unable to do it currently. You will get callback from ticketing department". In last call i manage to record reference[protected] from person. after 3-4 times getting same answer i haven't receive called yet.
                          and even now if i get call(miraculously) after this complaint i will have to pay 3-4 times increased price for my reschedule. with less than 30 hours remaining in my flight and no sight of callback, i have no choice but to call them and cancel my flight(if they can atleast do this).
                          hope they give me back my full refund otherwise i have no choice but to do next further steps available for consumers.

                            I had booked 2 ticket in air india which at the time of booking was tagged as partially refundable.
                            However not a single rupee was given as refund upon cancellation

                            At the time of booking it was mentioned that only the convienience fee is non refundable.
                            But when the ticket was cancelled many other charges were deducted from the booking amount zero refund was issued.

                              We have been waiting for our refund from the tickets that we could not use during corona travel ban.
                              We had logged an official complain via email to them in July 2021 and since then there have been infinite emails and calls but there have been no successful outcome.
                              They have given us a number of case ids but none of them have been resolved to issue the refund even after completing all the formalities.

                                Sir I booked a ticket on 9/2/2002 and paid rupees 1, 62, 000 and they didn’t issue the ticket when I called on the 2/3/2022 they asked me to pay another 1, 78, 000 for no fault of mine. I am asking for a refund and atleast speak to a manager and they say customer services cannot transfer the call. PNR is HTB93.
                                This is atrocious service by air india. I have made a complaint with them ref 14495365. Can some help on this matter. I have emailed to [protected]@air india and the management board still no reply. The issue needs to be resolved.

                                  My Name is Suchit kumar Matpathi, my flight was booked from bangalore to thailand and from thailand to Japan on 10th at 1:00 am, I reached the airport 2 hours early since it was a international travel .

                                  my tickets was booked with Thai airways through Gotogate site .

                                  Basically at bangalore Air India was doing the check in for Thai airways, the office who was checking my documents started acting like he owns the airlines, stood up from his desk rudely and asked the boys who put the luggage on the belts, to escort me out side as I can not board. I got scared and asked him whats wrong .

                                  His Answer...

                                  I DO NOT HAVE the covid test certificate in japanese format hence I can not board.

                                  My certificate was given my the ICMR governemnt of India.. I told him it is ok, my collegues already traveled couple of days back .. Japanese Gov accepts it . but this rude guy did not listen to any thing, misbehaved with me and thrown me out with in no time to react .

                                  and with no other chance left for me, I stayed in a hotel that night, missed my flight.

                                  next day again I booked my flight with format he asked and travelled to Japan now.. and guess what, 80% of the people brought the same ICMR test results and Japanese immigration and accepting this with out any questions.

                                  Because of such people we common people get harrased . I spent 70 K extra for this, and also for the work I was travlelling, I missed out the date and lost 500K approximately.

                                  whom should I tell my story and compain about this disgusting behaviour of the AIR INDIA employee..

                                  if any one there who can please Help me

                                  I do not no his name, he refused to tell neighter allowed to see his batch.

                                  the only thing is the boy who escorted me outside has to right my details in the register, I forced him to right clealy comment that no proper format of Covid report hence escorting out of the airport.

                                    Hi,
                                    I booked Round trip from Mumbai to Bhubaneswar for my family of four (3 adults and 1 child) dated 5th June and return flight on 26th June.Rs41724/- got deducted from card ending with 3917. But neither I received any PNR details on screen nor on email. Appreciate your help. I need to book flight ASAP.

                                      I was trying to reschedule my flight from AI 537 to AI 429 the same day, the money was debited from my account but the rescheduling was not done instead got an error code P_0008. I would like to get my money refunded. They took the rescheduling charges which was around 20 thousand from my account with no confirmation no message, they just took the money and no refund was initiated.
