I had my flight was scheduled from HYD to IAD on 18th december originally.
1. AI 1126 @22:35 PM from HYD to DEL
2. AI 103 @ 2:15 PM from DEL to IAD

Air India changed the flight schedule for HYD to DEL route from AI [protected]@ 22:35 PM to AI 840 @ 20:50 hours.

I wanted to reschedule my flight from Dec. 18th to Jan 6 and tried contacting the Air India customer care/ticketing department from 16th december but could not contact the customer care/ ticketing department. I was on call for 40-50 mins multiple times and the call was automatically disconnected from the customer care side. You can check the call log (# [protected]).
When I could not reach the customer care after multiple attempts, I went to the Air India office in hyderabad[protected] Haca Bhavan, Hill Fort Road, Saifabad, Hyderabad – 500004) and got my ticket rescheduled to Jan 6th but I was charged Rs 23, 000 as NO SHOW fee.
I did my due diligence contacting the Air India office 48 hours before the flight schedule but again I was charged NO SHOW fee. I don't really know why was I charged 23, 000 Rs even after contacting AI customer care 48 hours before the flight schedule.

Please refund my amount .

    I haven't received any call from Air India or any follow-ups with respect to this complaint.
    You will never get any response from air India until next year.

          I cancelled my international air ticket for Newark, USA/Mumbai, INDIA/Newark, USA, on 16th November, 2021 due to rescheduling of flight by air india. I have submitted the feedback form also vide ref no.WB-IDEL[protected]. I Spoke to customer support also for few times but I have yet to receive the refund .

            I booked a ticket from Goibibo for raipur to new delhi on 21st december morning 9:50 as soon as i booked the ticket i realised that i made a mistake i have to travel to new delhi to raipur not raipur to new delhi so i called goibibo customer care and they told me that the ticket has already been confirmed and now only air india can help so i called air india customer care and they said that the rescheduling is possible and they transfer me to the ticketing division which never got connected i waited for 1.5 hrs in total to get the call connected but it never did and i couldn’t do anything even after calling just after 5 minutes of booking which is their in the booking policy that the booking can be cancelled or rescheduled in the first 45 minutes without any charges i have suffered a loss of 5890 completely with no help from air india

              Dear Sir/ Madam,
              I had purchased 2 tickets (for self and my spouse) on 18/04/2021 online through travel agency "Bravofly" (lastminute.com) for my onward journey on 22/06/2021 from Bhubaneswar to JFK (New York) and return journey on 19/12/2021 from EWR (New York) to Bhubaneswar. I had paid Rs.1, 62, 795.89 (Rupees One Lac Sixty Two Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Five and paise Eighty Nine), as the booking amount for the tickets. Our booking reference No. is Y8Y57 (E ticket #[protected] / 640). I have also booked (Reservation) seats for our journeys (both sides) directly through Air India web site on the same date (18/04/2021) on payment of Rs21, 408 (Rupees Twenty One Thousand Four Hundred Eight) @ Rs.10, 704/- per person. On 22/06/2021 we were denied "Boarding Pass" at Bhubaneswar Airport with the plea of restrictions imposed by USA Authorities on travel of B1/B2 "Visa" holders due to COVID 19. Being denied and virtually driven out of the BBI airport, I had reported the matter to my travel agent and also Air India customer care about the matter and requested for extension of our flight schedule or refund of full amount as we had no fault in the matter, rather we were disallowed by the "Flight Operator i.e. Air India". I have been contacting the travel agent who has been assuring to do the needful as and when allowed by flight operator (now the travel agent does not receive the calls). I have been also writing to Air India customer care several times in this regard without any result. I request you to kindly take immediate steps in this regard for deferment/ reschedule of flight itinerary i.e. onward journey from Bhubaneswar to New York during the month of April, 2022 and return journey during December, 2022. If rescheduling of flight itinerary cannot be done then total amount paid by me for booking of journey tickets and seat reservation charges i.e. Rs.1, 84, 203/- (Rupees One lac Eighty Four Thousand Two Hundred Three) may please be refunded to me through net banking to my account in State Bank of India. I may please be informed on the matter at an earliest date.

                I had booked a ticket from LHR to MAA for Dec 17th 2021. Since my son tested covid positive I was not able to travel. I changed that ticket to open ticket. When I tried to make a booking on that open ticket again, customer care agent tells me that the ticket got cancelled and I need to do fresh booking. I did not get any intimation about cancelling my ticket. I did not get any refund.

                When I tried calling customer care again, they keep me waiting endlesly on ticketing extensions and fail to give proper response

                  I booked a ticket on 16thDec. ticket number[protected]. I paid an amount of 3075 aed. Today I cancelled the ticket. As oer your confirmation I was supposed to get a refund of 2875 aed but instead and additional amount of 2875 aed was deducted today on 20th Dec 2021

                  So in total Air India took 3075 +2875 = 5950 from my account. The 2875 aed deducted today was mistake on Air India's part and must be refunded immediately as that is needed for doctor's appointment tomorrow

                  The other refund amount of 2875 aed can be done as per the normal rule

                    Booked tickets. Payment deducted. But tickets were not issued.

                    The air india team asked me to raise a feedback form entry. Ref No WB-ILHR[protected]

                    Then they said.

                    Action Update: Dear Sir, Greetings from Air India! We apologise for the inconvenience you experienced while transacting on our website. This transaction (H8MJE ) was not successful as the payment did not get credited to the Air India account. Any amount debited from your account, against this failed transaction, will be automatically reversed by the bank in 5 to 6 working days as per standard Banking Process time requirements. You may like to check with your bank regarding the same. Please get in touch with us should you require further assistance. Regards, Ecommerce Helpdesk, /RS New CS Cooordinator:INT

                    It has been more than a month and refund not yet processed. I spoke to Manjeet from Air India Escalation team. She said it will be done asap but no refund yet.

                          We had domestic Air India flight from Lucknow to Delhi on 10th Dec @ 8:55 am and next international Air India flight from Delhi to New York/Newark on 11th Dec @ 2:25 am.
                          We missed international Air India flight from Delhi to New York/Newark due to bad management of your team. We entered into line around 11:45 pm for boarding check in. I asked multiple times to the team that my flight is at 2:25 am but they said, you have enough time for check in. I reached at counter at 1:15 am. The counter person checked my documents and they said your TR PCR report showing sample collection date on 9th Dec and it should 10th Dec and report date was 10th Dec it self. Actually I was given samples on 9th Dec for domestic travel from Lucknow to Delhi on 10th Dec and another sample given on 10th early Morning for international travel on 11th Dec at 2:25 am.
                          By mistake the the sample date was mentioned 9th Dec due to two RT PCR report. I got the corrected report in 5 mins as As per the your team request but once I got my correct report, your team said that boarding is closed. No one understand the situation from your team even my 4 year daughter continually crying. Ideally someone from your team should check documents while the person in the line instead of checking documents at the counter. I understand the rules are changing frequently now days and you should communicate updated rules on email/phone at least 2-3 days before departure.
                          This was very bad experience in my life.
                          After fighting for long time with your team but no one help. Finally after frustration, I was booked next United airlines flight and come back to New York/Newark. There are my losses of $3000 including three passengers.
                          This was not my fault, this happened because of your irresponsible staffs.
                          They should check the paperwork when person is in the line instead of at counter. No one asking me to go first in the line even my 4 year was in my lap.
                          I wanted to get refund ASAP.
                          Please help me on this.

                              I didn't receive my web check-in mail and I called up the air india customer service. It connected after trying for 8-10 times still understandable that it's busy, and after connecting waited for 30 minutes but finally I got no proper response. The lady who received my call spoke so Rudely and she just cut my call abruptly. It was nt the problem with the connection she deliberately did it. They are ok that no one will sue them. Very bad behaviour.

                                  This is ridiculous service i have received by arbritarily cancellation of my ticket where i was accompanied with 2 child and a senior citizen from ccu to hyderabad on 25th dec, 21. You have done business over my money since last 2 month and without giving me any opportunity you have dropped my 7 calls after holding of 3 to 4 hour today intentionally to harass me and killed my valuable time over waiting. I am giving you last opportunity to rescahdule the flight 9ver same time. Your cheating baaz employee demanded the fare difference also during rescheduling which is completely unethical and i will definitely dragg you consumer forum if i did not get the compensation for my time spent and money spent for the proper rescheduling.

                                  Your earliest confirmation in this regard is highly solicited.

                                  You are requested to arrange proper accomodation for lodging and reschedule the flight accordingly over any class of yourbchoice within the same day since i have one senior citizen and 2 child below 6 yr old. I have called 7 times today and your executive dropeed or disconnected my call in the name of waiting or transferring the call intentionally. You must be facility to ringback for the dropped call which was absent in the whole day. So in this scenario, i am again requesting your good self to arrange alternate flight on same day and arrange proper lodging fooding during the transit.

                                      Flight payment failed but account debited twice

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I tried booking flight tickets from my HSBC Debit card (two tickets - to and fro) from London to kochi on Thursday 9th Dec 2021.During payment page the transaction failed. The money wasnt debited so i tried to rebook using my HSBC credit card - but again during the payment page, the transaction failed.                                       This is to draw your kind attention to a serious matter of your unprofessional employee.
                                      I Mukesh Agrawal a respected tax paying citizen of India, frequently travels via air for business purpose .I was travelling from Nagpur to Mumbai on Friday i.e.10th dec-2021 morning 10.35am flight no. 6E297(A320).

                                      On reaching at Air India check in counter as I had not done web in before travel, I was asked to pay 200/- rupees as penalty .I offered 500 rupees note for the same.

                                      As the person sitting at check in counter didn't have return changes amount, he started talking rudely and started communicating in rather humility way. he even threw 500rupees note that was given to him. go where you want and lodge complaint against me, I have no issue. on threatening to complaint against him, he responded by saying.

                                      I have never seen such a staff who neither had humanity nor sense about how to talk & behave with passengers and never expect from your airline company.

                                      Such kind of behavior shown by your employee is strictly not tolerable and I want necessary step to taken in this regards.
