Respected Sir/Madam,
I have initially booked my ticket with Air India on 23 Feb 2021 for a round trip to India from Chicago (ORD) and traveled to India in April 2021, and my return ticket to the USA was on May 17, 2021, but was cancelled due to the US President travel ban from May 04, 2021. Then I have called Air India and got my ticket cancelled, and they said because of the travel ban, I am eligible for the refund and will be receiving it soon. But till now the refund was not issued, and they are ignoring my calls and not responding properly. I kindly request you to help me get the refund for the remaining amount I am entitled to (along with the extra seat amount I have paid them).
