I've booked tickets on 28th april 2021 via Airindia official websites traveling from New Delhi to San Francisco but unfortunately on 4th May 2021 order for US travel ban from india has been executed. So on 5th May i've called Airindia Customer care service and asked them what should i do as travel ban has imposed. The Officer Name Mr. Mr Pawan Nagar directed me that we should cancel the tickets and if we do so they will refund full 100% amount. So as we don't have any idea we believed him and asked him to do so. And now when we received the refund amount after 2 months delay we received partial refund and Airlines deducted Rs 50000. As a cancelation charge. As this is a Fraud case as the executive told us that we will receive full amount 100% refund will be credited. Thats only the reason we agreed for cancelation else we don't wanted to cancel the flight. Kindly investigate this matter and i need my full refund as Mr pawan gave us false information its his fault he misguided us thats why we took the step for cancelation. 

Also As per to gov policy It was travel ban on the time we have canceled the ticket we should receive the full refund. The order has circulated by Government Ministry Only that from 4th May US travel ban has been imposed and passengers will get full refund so we are eligible for that. Also we did same what airindia executive told us. Mr pawan nagar.

    This is regarding reimbursement of cancelled flight ticket fares.The ticket numbers are[protected],
    [protected],[protected],
    [protected].The flight was on 16 May 21 from VGA-DEL, I called numerous time to Air India Customer care, , but i havent got my money back till date.my problem, i was told that my tickets have been refunded on 17Jul 21, , but i have not received any money back to my credit card till date as on 30 Aug 21...i even called to my HDFC credit card section but they told no such transaction has taken place between Air india and HDFC on 17 July, , , i can provide Credit card statemet if needed ...pls solve my issue as its more than 3 months...pls expedite reimbursement process...hoping ur positive response.

      I have booked a two way ticket from Chennai to Port Blair on April 3rd. My flight was cancelled by Air India without proper response. I have requested for a refund. They have not yet processed my refund even after 5 months. I have followed up with email and visited the chennai Air India office multiple times. They still have not refunded yet and they are not giving proper response. They are treating customers very badly. I cannot afford to lose my money anymore. I want them to pay my money back.

          We please to say that we have done the booking of flight of AIR INDIA from GAU TO CCU IN DATE OF 9 OCT 2021, but I received a message from you about change of schedule but due to having busy schedule I can't pick up the flight at that time, please reschedule my flight on same date at evening in FLIGHT nos AI 9738.

            I cancelled my international airport ticket booked from Chennai to Frankfurt and back on 12.03.2021. PNR no:HZWRC and e ticket nos:[protected] and[protected] in the names of Mohan Thiruvengadam and Vimala Srinivasan.
            It is almost 5 months and still I dint get the refund.

              I had cancelled my tickets with Air India from London Heathrow to Kolkata and back, on June 19, 2021. During cancellation, I was advised by the Customer support to write an email to [protected]@airindia.in requesting refund. I did that on the day. But since then I have not received my money, nor any response for last 2 months. Customer care keeps assuring me that they'd escalate the matter without any effect.

                    I want to reschedule my ticket due to some family issue. I am calling from 5 hours but customer care representatives are picking my call and assuring to help and disconnecting the call in middle. 4 customer representative have done like this and still I am waiting to pick someone and resolve my issue. I never saw such a pathetic service.

                          Booked air india flight from Chicago to chennai to travel on may 21 2021 . Due to covid we cancelled the flight on may 12 2021 . After that will multiple calls with customer care, they said refund was processed on july 26th. But it is yet to be credited to our card that we used . Following up with them but no details about the transaction is given, but only a response of refund is initiated.

                            My flight has been cancelled by Air India and they aren't ready to reschedule it for free. They have asked me to bear the fare difference. I am flying as a student. Where from I'll get the money.

                            Need penalty for the ticket+inconvenience+harassment.

                              My flight from Toronto to Kolkata was cancelled which Air India did not bother to notify me. I happened to call them with another question then they told me about the cancellation. When I asked them to book me for the earliest date available they kept referring me to their ticketing department which went unanswered. The customer service person even hung up on me when I tried to call again. I have emailed them asking for a refund, but pretty sure it will be unanswered too. How to hold such an organization accountable who has absolute disregard towards customer service?

                                I was unable to fly to my destination on 14/11/19 as per my ETicket.
                                This was due to missed connecting flight AI403 at 12:55 on 14/11/19-
                                due to not having time for baggage checks out and check in as well as
                                passing through the securities after reaching to Delhi airport from
                                Heathrow London on 14/11/19 in flight number AI112 just after its
                                arrival time of 11:20 am.

                                I should have been given 2 boarding pass from the Heathrow airport, and baggage should have been checked in to reach my final destination from the Heathrow airport rather than me checking in and out. The arrival of the baggage was too late for me to then check into the connecting flight and get onto the flight from Delhi Airport.

                                  Hi,
                                  I had a booking with air india, from Newark to Mumbai on 8th Aug 2021. They had cancelled the flight but haven’t notified about the cancellation. When I had used my itinerary number on AirIndia website, I was unable to retrieve the data. So called their customer care, and from there came to know about cancellation. That person had cancelled my ticket and asked me to wait until 21 days to get the full refund as flight was cancelled from Air India end. But haven’t received any reply yet from Air India on the multiple emails.

                                  Any help would be really appreciated here?

                                    Regret to inform you that I supposed to fly from Chandigarh dated 08aug 2021 to attend the meeting at ranchi but my flight was cancelled and rescheduled for next 24hrs, without any intimation to me.
                                    Your customer care seems always busy no phone calls got connected I tried many times.

                                    However I have raised my refund request and till now nothing has been done and no one contacted me on this matter.

                                      Which is rescheduled to 12 th. Sep.

                                      I have nut further booking and it’s my wedding on 12th I have to reach there by 11th sep any how. I am ok taking flight on 10th. Sep late night also

                                      How. Can u guys do this, this attitude is not. Expected from u you all .
