I had contacted Air India customer care number on 4 May 21 for cancellation of two tickets.
1) PNR 'YXZWG' containing ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected].
2) PNR 'J521N' containing ticket nos[protected],[protected],[protected] and[protected].
Since, then I have called on the customer care number many times. I have also sent many emails & reminders to Air India for information regarding cancellation charges and refund. No body gives a reply. It has been more than a month and no refund has been received. Every Air India representative provides a new Email ID to contact. I send a mail and of course no reply/solution is received.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      So I booked my ticket through ixigo, and because of rising cases of COVID-19, I canceled the ticket 1 month before the date of travel still I was charged heavily for cancellation on the partially refundable fare type.
      and then I was refunded just rs753 on the payment of Rs.14133 for booking.

        Eticket #[protected] bought on 02 March 2020 for a onward and return journey to Stockholm from Kolkata and back on 10 July and 24 July 2020. Due to outbreak of Covid 19 this journey could not take place. Air India extended a period till 31st December 2021 by sending an email.
        This year I enquired in March if I can fly in July 2021 to the same destination and I came to know that no flight of Air India is operating in any of the Scandinavian countries and therefore I requested for cancellation of the above ticket and refund of ticket full price through an email to [protected]@airindia.in as per advice of the customer care operator on 20.03.2021.
        As on date neither I received any response from AIR INDIA nor the money was refunded after 15 months of purchasing ticket and more than 2 months after requesting for cancellation and refund.
        I want immediate response from AIR INDIA regarding this matter.

            More than 13 months have passed, and yet no refund and Air India is still 'sitting' on our money as is the case with many other people despite repeated requests.Two tickets were booked to the US on 15th Feb., 2020 before the lockdown was announced, for onward/return travel on 12th Apr. 2020/17th May, 2020, .

              Booked a ticket for Rs 4993/- through Ease My Trip for DEL-BLR by Air India to travel on 23.08.2020.

              This ticket was cancelled on 18.08.2020 but the refund has been received only Rs 437/- however it would have been min Rs 3000/-

              I have been following with the agency i.e. Easemytrip as well as with Air India Customer Care since the last 8 months but in vain.

              Air India customer care says - get in touch with the agency and the agency says that they have been trying but not unable to get any response from Air India.

                E TKTS[protected] & 30 DT 5.2.21 were cancelled on 24TH FEB vide AUTHO 029741 . YR agent said REFUND would come in 21 DAYS .
                emails were NOT responded.
                Again yr executives were contacted on 9th Apr . Then I was told to approach ecommerce . That was done . Again REFUND has NOT yet been RECEIVED .

                  Did not get refund for failed transaction

                  On 20th March 2021, I booked a ticket to fly from London to Delhi. The transaction failed the first time and succeeded the second time. But I was charged twice while I got only one ticket.
                  I tried calling Air India 3 times for getting my refund of 372 Pounds. Each time, I got a different answer. I filed a ticket through Air India feedback. I got an automatic acknowledgement. But no response.

                  I have been told that my ticket for flight cancelled due to covid has been refunded.

                  I have not received any refunded money. I have been calling both airlines and the bank. Air India replies they have refunded and Bank says they have not received any money,

                  Air India is also not informing me the bank transfer details.

                  Can you please me in getting my refund.

                    This is to inform you that my flight from New Delhi to Port Blair was scheduled on 06/04/2021 in the name of M. Yusuf Through PNR No. Z4PVJ due to some reason I had cancelled my flight by calling the air india customer care on 05/04/2021 and therein they told to mail at [protected]@airindia.in for recovery amount, but till date I haven't recieved the refund amount later I went to the Air India office and assistant of air india counter from both the places they didn't have time to listen my compliant, iam tired knocking every possible way but recived nothing atlast this will be my last compliant after that I will register formal compliant on this issue.

                      I booked my flight and canceled it back in Jan 2021. My refund was initiated on the same day but I haven't received the amount to date. It has been 16 weeks now while I was asked to wait for 3 weeks for the amount to get transferred.

                        I have booked Air India flight Ticket Numbers[protected],[protected]PNR Number - J834L)for the flight AI425 from Delhi to Kannur scheduled on 17 April 2021. The flight was rescheduled and I cancelled the tickets through Air India customer care executive on 14 April 2021. I have also written to [protected]@airindia.in on same day for initiation of refund. More than a month has passed and no refund has been received yet and not even an intimation from [protected]@airindia.in regarding the same. I have also registered a complaint with [protected]@airindia.in, however no action been taken so far.

                              Had cancelled my Air India e-ticket no.[protected] on 24 Feb 21through Air India call centre. The ticket was fully refundable as was also confirmed by call Centre during cancellation.The ticket was for travel on 25 Feb 21 on Delhi- Kochi sector.
                              Inspire of my repeated call to call centre, the refund of Ra 17264 has still not received by me even after more than 45 days. The case I'd for call centre complaint is 08531122 dated 21 Mar 21.
                              It is requested that refund of Rs 17264 along with interest be credited to me.

                                So on 22/11/2020 I bought 2 plane tickets from BOM to CCU. Due to the Covid I needed o cancel the trip and asked for the refund. So I canceled the flight and they said they will charge some cancellation fees and return the rest on our Credit Card. But since December 2020 I am still now waiting for the money.

                                This is insane... Very fustrating. I called them 5 time and promise me they will refund within 30 days . They ask me to send emails here and there. I send atlest 5 emails to them and almost begging them to refund the money but they don´t even give a reply to my emails.

                                The worst airline I ever saw that doen´t care about their customers at all.

                                If I don´t receive a reply even after posting here I will take some firm measures against Air India.

                                I have attached all the emails and proof.

                                  After paying the rescheduling charge to Air India through the link which was forwarded by Air India customer care, Air India did not provided me the tickets on time and I took another tickets of Air India worth Rs 18, 299/- (for my journey). Request please refund my amount of Rs 10, 504 (ticket fare) + Rs 1, 061/- (rescheduling charge) = 11, 565/- for not providing me the tickets on time or Refund the amount of Rs 18, 299/- which I paid again to Air India.

                                    Please find my PNR no. HPV1R.
                                    With my bad journey experience, I wanted to enquire about my lost baggage which i didn't receive at Amritsar airport.
                                    I was travelling from Dehradun to Amritsar.
                                    Delhi was a stoppage.So it was like Dehradun to Delhi and then Delhi to Amritsar.
                                    My flight timing was 16:14 from DED and landed around 17:35 at Delhi.
                                    After that i was having evening flight at 21:15 from Delhi and it will reach around 22:50 at Amritsar.
                                    But i don't have my RT PCR report due to which they didn't allow me to travel to Punjab due to Punjab guidelines.
                                    They ofload me and my bag at delhi airport.
                                    I want to ask 2 things from Air India:
                                    1.If Punjab was having guidelines, then Air India should not allow me to sit from Dedhradun only.Why they were creating issue for me in between Delhi.?
                                    I faced lot of issue, i was sitting outside the Airport around 11p.m. to 5a.m.
                                    So basically my journey was very bad.I was sitting ideally 12 may 5p.m to 13 may 12pm. I was in depression as my mother was ill and second Air india is not listening to me.
                                    They were allowing to reschedule my flight by taking charges.
                                    It was emergency flight as you can see flight booking date.
                                    Next time i don't want to travel with Air India.

                                    2.Then at my Airport, i was waiting for my bag.I didn't receive it at Amritsar Airport.

                                    My journey was too bad.Now i don't have any clothes.
                                    Please arrange me some clothes or either provide my bag today itself at my home.

                                      I had raised this issue 3 months ago and after several chasers I got an email from Air India that "A new action has been added to the feedback MD-IDEL[protected] by [protected]@airindia.in" on 7th Apr,

                                      The status of this request shows 'under process' since 7th Apr with no progress whatsoever. Unable to understand why it would take over 3 months to initiate refund process when everything is automated/digitized these days. If booking an airline ticket can be done in few clicks on a mobile app then why would it take 3 months to refund the money?
                                      Refund awaited against cancellation of 2 international tickets and is a significant amount to be held by the airlines with no accountability.

                                      Appreciate if this can be expedited and closed. Thank you
