I have booked 4 tickets from mumbai to vns travel date on 05 may 2020 and 5 ticket from vns to bom on 01 june 2020 as you we know due covid - 19 all flights are canceled. As per your policy, we can be booked tickets in the future with the same amount.

Now i have checked for flight but there no direct flight between bom to vns and the flight which presents, which halts 1 or 2 more destinations and charge almost double as compared...

I booked my ticket on june 6th. My payment status displayed failed but money has been deducted from my account. It's been alreday 20 days my money has not been returned back. I tried to contact airindia through all means of source but i didn't get any reply from their side...

I have booked a ticket in AirIndia on Monday from Newyork to Chennai for Friday 24th July 2020 which had a connecting flight from Delhi to Chennai on 25th July 4.30PM. Suddenly the next day i got a mail that the flight from del to chennai is rescheduled to 26th 4.30 PM..

I booked my ticket by air india yesterday for mumbai to san fransisco via delhi. There was error while typing the name of one of the passengers. I sent email to air india immediately on their email id [protected]@airindia.in to correct name and put gender bu they did not respond.
It was very difficult to get helpline number of air india. Ultimately they informed that the ticket modification is not possible either online or over phone....

Please refer to booking reference Eticket no.[protected] &[protected] PNR JFCNQ and Eticket no.[protected] PNR Z08TS against which a ticket from Mumbai to Dehradun was booked but as per govt. instruction as well as website messages appeared that the said flight suspended. It is to submit that passengers under the suspended flight tickets have no further journey requirement during the coming period upto March, 2021 as they are students...

I booked a flight for 22nd july 2020 but i cancelled it due to covid 19 on may 24, 2020. Air india executive told me that i will get the refund with one month at the time of cancellation but it's almost two months and i didn't get the refund even after sending many many many reminders. They don't response on mails/ calls. Pls process my refund asap. Thanks.

I tried to book a flight ticket for returning to india (Bishkek - hyderabad) on[protected] by using a credit card. But after entering the one time password the screen showed as "authorization failed", but money has been deducted from the bank account (Eur 578.19). I have attached the mail i got from the hsbc bank. I did not get any mail from the ticket. On contacting the bank the bank said that the payment was successful....

I had booked a round ticket to chennai on 24th of february this year, and cancelled within 20 minutes of the booking due to unforeseen tragic circumstances, after confirming with the customer care that i will be entitled to a full refund because my tickets are being cancelled well within their 7 day period. As mentioned in subject line ticket didn't get confirm but money got deducted, now air india not responding when i reach to their customer support, customer support executive take up the call and after listening to all the details they'll just put call on hold or disconnect, no one are helping to get the refund of my amount and some support person suggested to drop an email [protected]@airindia.in but no one is responding to mail as well...

I had booked three seats in air india flight ai491 from del-jai for[protected] which was scheduled to leave at 12:00 hrs (Noon).
Due to involuntary cancellation of this flight, i had to cancel all the three tickets. The refund has not been given to me as yet in spite of many efforts.
Kindly help and expedite refund.

I booked an online ticket for rs69000 (For family of 3 o[censored]s) and then cancelled it due to the covid pandemic. I sent cancellation email to their specified email ([protected]@airindia.in) requesting they refund the amount.
