Dear Sir/ Madam,

Myself Manoj Gupta booked Airindia flight ( Flight No. AI-696) From Varanasi - VNS to Mumbai - BOM at 13:25 hrs to 15:35 hrs on 27th September 2020.

Flight booked in the name of Dilip Shravan Gupta, PNR no. Y9WS4, ticket no. 098-[protected] and seat No. 12D.

I reached Lal Bahadur Shastri Airport at 11:45 but due to airport staff I got late because of his sanitisation process and other checking process I reached at boarding counter on 12:25 and stand in que waiting for our number when I got my number On boarding counter than staff is saying that going to closed boarding counter and he send me in office when I contact in office then office staff saying that wait and after 10 to 15 min he is saying we can not do anything and send me out side with his staff forcefully.

First thing that this is not way to behave with customer and also try to understand customer problem why he is booking tatkal airplane ticket at price of 9, 356/-.
You should help with customer.

I requesting to air India manager please return my ticket amount of Rs.9, 356 return on my account or give me alternate ticket for my next trip.

I sure that air India manager solve my problem and will give me sufficient satisfaction.

This is my first experience with Air India which is gone worst. If Air India staff not solving my problem than I take other action.

    I had tried to book air india ticket from air india website from KOCHI to DIBRUGARH on 04/06/2020., And due to covid-19 pandemic, no flights were available on that day, so I booked my ticket with Vistara airlines for that day.
    Hence, for leave travel reimbursement, I will be requiring a non availability certificate from air india for the journey from KOCHI to DIBRUGARH on 04/06/2020.
    Hence you are requested to provide the non availability certificate to my mail address (sannny.[protected]@gmail.com), so that I will submit this to my account section for reimbursement please..

      I made a booking with air india on 21st may from delhi to paris with 3 passengers in total.
      Pnr - ydvvl

      The booking was cancelled same day on 21st may by air india. Of note, the booking was also air india's fault as they had issued an incorrect advisory on travel guidelines and were allowing passengers to transit in paris en route to their final destination, which at the time was actually banned by paris because of covid. Hence why the air india staff then cancelled the ticket. I was assured by the air india team (By at least 2 agents at the call centre) that the refund will be prioritised and they will issue a full refund in 3 - 4 working days.

      I followed up on my request with the call centre and with over 200 emails over the last five months to process my refund. I have emails from them back in may saying i will receive my refund in 3 - 4 working days. Then another email saying wait 21 working days and you will receive it. And until now... Nothing has happened.

      I have been left frustrated with my multiple calls and emails to air india with no action on their part. Every time they have told me something different. They keep saying my refund is in process when i email them and when i call the centre they say the ticket is still showing as open for use and air india has not even initiated the refund.

      They are the most unprofessional team i have come across and if i could i will avoid ever booking with them again in my life.

      I would like air india to urgently refund me my full amount. I am not in a position to wait any longer. I would like a written response from their seniors / head confirming that my refund has been initiated and sent to my bank.

      I look forward to your prompt response on this matter. As recommended by trading standards, i would like to keep a complete record of my case, so please reply to this email address.

          This guy mohit sharma has now scamed me for an amount of 32k asking me for security and gst which he said will be refunded once i get permanent. He sent me a fake offer letter and i fell for it. As i am going through some rough finacial situation i was looking for the job online n then he called me saying that i have got selected by air india and pitched me for security and gst amount. Can anyone help am in grave financial crisis n loosing 32k is making things worse for me. Plz help or suggest what shall i do i have already filed and fir against it.

              Hi,
              I am sorry i have no idea where i have to make a complain, perhaps you can help me. Since this pandemia i have a ticket with air india from ktm to ccu that i have trying to change date, and there is no way to do that. I have contacted the customer service via all the possible ways and i have only received evasive answers.
              I am from argentina and there is no air india office in here to call. I just want to know how to do to change my ticket´s date and when india is going to allow us to fly.
              I beg you if you can do something. Or just give me an e-mail contact that solve my problem. I am behind this since march/april.

                Sir, On I tried to book Air ticket for a travel from Delhi to Mumbai. My money of Rs 5111 got deducted at time 15:14 but ticket was not booked. It showed booking failed. Pic of Mobile SMS from CitiBank attached. Then I had to rebook for same amount again.

                I expected money to return in 3-4 days but Iit had not come back so far. Kindly do the needful to get he money back as I have spoken to CitiBank and as per them the money has been deducted and AirIndia has to send back the money for failed transaction.

                  Dear Sir

                  Air India is always a preference for an Indian who wishes to travel in India or overseas since it has a culture and tradition of delighted customer experience.

                  In the month of Feb'20 me and my family had decided for a vacation at GOA in the month of May'20 as per our leaves sanctioned being a salaried employees.

                  As you are aware that the world was badly impacted with COVID-19 Pandemic and it brought a threat of life for human beings. Post nationwide lockdown life has changed in a drastic manner and human beings have been forced to choose its priorities for survival.

                  Current situation has also impacted our travel decision and we had to decide to drop the vacation plan at goa. But when we approached Air India for a complete refund we were asked to defer the travel plan surprisingly.

                  Sir I wish to bring a few facts into your kind notice as stated below which clearly reflects why we cannot defer the travel plan.
                  1. We have 4 members in our group suffering from a heavy diabetes problem and always carry their medical kit as prescribed by the doctor. Currently its very difficult to travel to these people as they have high propensity to be infected from COVID due to poor immune system.
                  2. We are salaried employees and facing salary cuts due to industry slowdown. We found it very difficult to meet our family needs and such financial help (Ticket Refund) will really help us to make most of our expenses.
                  3. We have 6 children below 10 years of age and travel with these age groups is equally risky as with senior citizens.

                  I urge you to consider the above facts kindly arrange to approve a complete refund of fare paid by us. Please find the attached tickets details for your reference.

                  Me and my family will be highly thankful to you for this act of kindness.

                    I cancelled my full ticket with PNR Z2X2D with e ticket number
                    [protected] on 25th july 2020.And even after 50 days the eefund has not been processed.it us a business class ticket .

                    Passenger names: Saifullah Akbar, Samrin haider, and Hamzah Hussain.

                    The case ID for the cancelled ticket is 03795390. Please ensure it is refunded assp.

                        I have booked tickets for my parents-in-law from thiruvananthapuram to newark and then return from newark to thiruvananthapuram in air india. I booked the tickets through myticketstoindia. Due to covid-19, the flight has been cancelled and hence i have also cancelled the tickets through the booking agency "myticketstoindia". The booking agency has charged me additional $150 for performing the cancellation process and submit the refund request to airindia. I have verified that the tickets were cancelled through the airindia website. But i have not received the refund amount. While checking with air india, they are asking me to contact the booking agency. While checking with the booking agency, they have clearly mentioned that the tickets were cancelled and refund request has been submitted to airindia and currently it is pending with airindia and they have put on hold all the refunds. My booking reference is v9umyc.

                          As i received last reply from air india they should refunding amount within few more days already 15 days completed. I was cancelled the booking five months before still i am waiting for refund. I am sending mail again and again but i didn't not get any responce. These are my journey details
                          My self sagar giri. My journey was planned from port blair to kolkata on 26 mar 20 however the flight was cancelled for the day after that i rescheduled my flight on 28 mar 20 from port blair to kolkata pnr no. Yhn3w e-ticket no.[protected],[protected].

                            Hi,

                            I had book air india flight tickets for traveling from india to usa, but due to covid-19, the flights were cancelled. Following are the flights

                            1. Pnr number ycpsy for my in-laws to travel from kolkata to san francisco was cancelled.
                            2. Pnr j66hm, the return leg of the flights books to go back from san francisco to kolkata for my parents was cancelled.

                            I have talked to customer care and they asked my to send email to [protected]@airindia.in which i did. But it has been months and i have not even heard back from them.

                              I have 9 tickets booked on air india under 4 pnrs for various travel for me and my family during apr-20 to aug-20.                                     My name is dhilip Kumar M i had received a message from [protected]@jobs updates. Quikr.com names bhartendu namwal mentioning that my job application has been selected in air india for domestic airport, for joining send passport size photo, i'd proof, education certificate and updated resume on what's app number +[protected]. When i chatted to this number he replied me my job post is mechanical engineer at Bangalore airport terminal-1 (Bangalore) and my joining date is sep 2 of 2020. There was no interview, direct joining only. Then air india application fee is.380 and @rs.5510 pay till today by online then he told me evening the offer letter copy get in mail and original received 2-3days working days in my home address.
                                    Then he told me to pay (5510) and sent receipt or screen shots of online transactions. For proof he sent i'd card, so i believed him then sent rs.5510 via paytm. After that i asked him letter. Then his mind changed again he asked me training fee 8300 for 15days and it's also refundable in 1st month of salary, so i had paid rs.8300via paytm and he said to pay mnr processingfees (15, 230) rupees, he said don't worry we air india do not do such thing pay till today i will dispatch letter today. I asked him where letter, he is telling dear 24300 pay till tomorrow then only you will receive your original offer letter..So what i will do? Am i lost my (5510+8300+15230) rupees, totally 29, 080rupees. How can i return back this amount?

                                      I have reached out airindia customer service and ecommerce, both either not responding or not answering my question on when they issue the refund instead giving a caned answer. Below is the email that has all the details.

                                      Dear sir/madam,

                                      Thanks for the response. Also, it is clear from your response you didn’t read my email thoroughly, this is very disappointing. So, this time i am repeating/reiterating to give more emphasize to what i am saying, to really see if you are able to read the email fully and open the attachments to see the details that i have provided what you are looking for and also see my pain and anxiety.

                                      Please read this email thoroughly to understand the request, please do not do the following in your response – which will hint that you are just giving automated response, without understanding your value customer issue.
                                      1. Do not deflect the email queries to air india [protected]@airindia.in or ecommerce ecommerce [protected]@airindia.in, as each one of you owe a response to this email
                                      2. Provide estimate time for refund, do not provide generic reply that due to covid it is taking time for processing the refund
                                      3. Do not deflect saying, i need to call the customer service center, as i called 3-4 times and they are asking to contact you and the wait is terrible.
                                      We purchased 1 business class ticket, through 2 transactions a) and b)
                                      1. Purchased 1 economy ticket from web portal - booking reference jf7ec - attaching the pdf file of eticket itinerary / receipt – requesting refund amount o[censored]sd 651.40
                                      2. Upgraded the economy ticket to business class with help of agent from air india call center e-ticket number:[protected] and exchange ticket:[protected] – attaching the email of itinerary receipt - requesting refund of additional collected amount of inr 116800
                                      As per our conversation with air india call center agent,
                                      1. The transaction a) that was done through the portal should be refunded by the [protected]@airindia.in – @[protected]@airindia.in, please let me know when you can process the refund.
                                      2. The transaction b) that was done through the air india call center should be refunded by the [protected]@airindia.in - @[protected]@airindia.in, please let me know when you can process the refund.
                                      Also, please note we have existing case id: 02783911 and also there is a acknowledgement from air india in email on aug 1st (Attaching that email as well), that full refund will be processed. We have been following up on this matter for last 4 months and the amount is huge. Please kindly help in this matter by providing a date on when this refund will be processed.
