Inspite of my multiple requests, air india is not refunding my money.
They are only giving same answer stating basis the booking date the refund amount cannot be refunded as the booking date was before lockdown. I can avail travel dates options in future or i have to cancel (Which will not be refunded fully).
But my ask is, my travel dates was within the lockdown event and the flights were also cancelled during my travel dates.
I am providing the complete reference id for the flight tickets booked for air india through paytm.
Thank you for your time and support. I do not want to rebook as of now. I am also not sure of the covid situation in 2021. So if everything is fine i will book fresh tickets. But the fact is that the flights were cancelled and could not avail the travel as planned.
I am hoping that you would take it forward with my refund. But i want my full refund without deduction and ₹ 26, 335.00 not a small amount. And i am still paying this credit card payment till date which is adding additional burden on my monthly expenses and purchases using my sbi credit card because of this bulk amount that i have done in the month of february 2020.

Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I am facing the Issue. I have written the email to [protected]@airindia.in. I haven't got any reply from them. Could you let me know to which email I.D. have you been contacting to?
