I was trying to book VBM flight from London to Bangalore on 28th July around 14:00 IST. After providing the card details, an error page was displayed, hence I retried and the same happened for two times. Later I used a different card and I got confirmed tickets. When I checked my bank account I realised that, both the transaction which showed an error page were gone through, but I dint receive any updates/emails from Air India. I tried to contact them on their UK call centre number provided on the website[protected], it is not reachable. I sent an email to [protected]@airindia.in and [protected]@airindia.in
I received a reply form [protected]@airindia.in to drop an email to [protected]@airinidia.in which I did and there is no response from them. It's been more than 2 working days now.
Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Even I am facing the Issue. I have written the email to [protected]@airindia.in. I haven't got any reply from them. Could you let me know to which email I.D. have you been contacting to?
