I had booked a round ticket to chennai on 24th of february this year, and cancelled within 20 minutes of the booking due to unforeseen tragic circumstances, after confirming with the customer care that i will be entitled to a full refund because my tickets are being cancelled well within their 7 day period. The e-ticket number for the booking is[protected]. I have sent them several emails on their id [protected]@airindia.in and have received 1 reply acknowledging the receipt of my trailing mail. I have also called the customer care personnel who keep providing me with other numbers to get in touch with, which never answer. It has been almost 6 months since the cancellation and i haven't received my refunds yet. Kindly do the needful because i am struggling with finances in the middle of the pandemic and need to pay for my accommodation.

    As mentioned in subject line ticket didn't get confirm but money got deducted, now air india not responding when i reach to their customer support, customer support executive take up the call and after listening to all the details they'll just put call on hold or disconnect, no one are helping to get the refund of my amount and some support person suggested to drop an email [protected]@airindia.in but no one is responding to mail as well

      I had booked three seats in air india flight ai491 from del-jai for[protected] which was scheduled to leave at 12:00 hrs (Noon).
      Due to involuntary cancellation of this flight, i had to cancel all the three tickets. The refund has not been given to me as yet in spite of many efforts.
      Kindly help and expedite refund.

        I booked an online ticket for rs69000 (For family of 3 o[censored]s) and then cancelled it due to the covid pandemic. I sent cancellation email to their specified email ([protected]@airindia.in) requesting they refund the amount. They finally sent me a response on 9 jun 2020 (After many calls and emails) saying that their offices are now open after the lockdown and they have huge backlog and my refund will be processed as per the rules.
        It is almost a month now and i am still waiting. Its a pity that our national airline is so inefficient.
        Air India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

          Bring to your kind notice that I Vaibhav Gherwada booked ticket for 4th July, 20 for Mumbai to Rajkot, ticket no[protected]C1 PNR-ZBVTG flight no AI0655, I have don web check in the morning.

          I was waiting at T2 departure gate no 4 at 2:15 pm but security didn't allow me to enter the airport, after having boarding pass, no one has came forward to help me neither airport staff nor air India.

          I was getting call from air India that they will cancelled my ticket but they are not ready to listen that I am standing at gate no 4 T2 so come and escort me instead of calling me.

          I will never travel by Air India from now onwards.

          Kindly give us refund ASAP

            I had booked 3 return tickets from mumbai to mangalore segment for travel on 2nd & 4th may. All these flights were cancelled due to covid19 impact.
            I had called several times to customer care, but was kept waiting for log time every time i called. Then i sent mail to [protected]@airindia.in regarding the same. No timelines provided. I am frustrated now. Have sent atleast 10 reminders but no response. I had booked this tickets directly from air india website, then also this much delay. Just imagine what about tickets booked from travel agent.

            Please request this forum to get my refund at earliest to the account from which it was transacted.

              We have booked two tickets for my mother-in-law and brother-in-law to attend to our first baby delivery needs at the hospital in sydney.
              Pnr: ybv4j /e-ticket number:[protected] and
              Pnr: ybtpz / e-ticket number:[protected],
              Date of travel: 24th march 2020.

              Due to covid restrictions flight was canceled by air india, we have contacted air india immediately first reply was if our flights cancelled by air india you are entitled for full refund which will be effected in to your account in 2-3 weeks from the call center team members on 3 different occasions in march-april. Even after 3 weeks we didn't get the money hence we called back and we were bounced everywhere with no support, 31 calls made, only 4 were answered, rest all 40+ minutes of wait each time and gets disconnected by saying "thanks for calling air india", we wrote to their offices in melbourne, bombay, chennai and delhi but their responses were contradicting over the period of time, please see the attached replies and how they have changed their promises.

              We are not permanent residents or citizens, hence barred to travel in and out unconditionally, we are on work visa and our visa itself is ending soon, looks like our employment is also not certain in australia but air india is forcing us to book again, but they never paid attention to all the time wasted on the phone and our complaints, they said something new "cancellation fee", which is applicable only if we cancelled it, in this case airlines is lying and was very rude to us on calls and emails.

              We asked for escalation head or complaints person but they wouldn't give.

              They just copy paste same information with no respect to us what so ever.

              We want our full refund and compensation for the time wasted on 31 calls and poor and respectful treatment to us so far.

                  Back to back my two booking was cancelled without no reason and held my money inr 278672 and inr 187716. I wanted to know when will i get my money back. Called several times to customer care and sent several mails to e-commerce. However, no response from your side.
                  Customer support ignore my calls or just say to mail e-commerce which no airindia employee looking.

                      Due to the covid - 19 pandemic and different rules for quarantine at every city, i had to reschedule my flight from kolkata to guwahati. I called the air india customer care with request for rescheduling my booking, to which the customer care promised to connect me further at three different occasions but failed to do so after waiting on the like for nearly an hour.

                      I decided to cancel my booking rather than rebook it, i again contacted the customer care of air india who informed that you can only cancel booking by writing an email. My flight is due to take off on 29th jun and i have written to air india three times with a request to cancel the booking since 20th jun, however, there has been zero response from their email account.

                          Please share the details how this covid-19 is different then the one which is there before 03rd may. If its same then supre court order is applicable to dates until lockdown.

                          Please took the necessary action to refund full amount, you can not enforce how to use our money. I don't want reschedule my ticket in future with airindia, you can not force to do that.

                            Why Frankfurt flight for 27th has been cancelled? We are students and have no money to rebook connecting flights to India again. We trusted
                            @airindiain and spent whatever we had to book connecting flights to FRA.. Please !!! For your carelessness we may become homeless.. This company AirIndia has such a hopeless customer service and barely replies ...This is sheer ignorance by ministry of external affairs and Air India about students suffering abroad.. No compensation recieved. Such an irresponsible organization .

                                The ticket has been cancelled by agent (Paytm) on 28th may, and after that the flight has got cancelled. I tried to reach air india through mail, call, twitter.
                                On twitter, they have provided a dl, which sends out automatic replies and via call, it gets automatically disconnected. I tried to reach air india customer care service for nearly a week, but could not get through. I have sent different mails to different dl's following up for nearly a month, but there has not been action taken from air india side.

                                As per the latest information, that i have, agent paytm has raised two ra's for refund as there are two tickets (Ra number: [protected] and [protected]) and air india has not authorized the ra's, so as a result of that paytm is not able to process the refund. This thing has been going in around since a month and air india is completely deaf to it. Please take action against this. I have attached all valid proof's of conversation that i had through mails.

                                      I had booked 4 tickets for del-goa-delhi (21mar -25 mar). Tickets no[protected], 52, 53, 54. Due to corona we drop the plan and canceled the tickets but they are not ready to refund our money till date even after changing their policy again and again. I am requesting that whatever your policy give my amount but they are not responding our calls after waiting long time in queue and emails as well. I am really hopeless in the time of pandemic as need money very much. Kindly help.
