My flight scheduled by air india ai 801 del-blr scheduled for del-blr, 19:25 ist was canceled by air india at 8:00 am and communicated by just an sms.
I had to book another flight at the last moment because of which i had to pay surge and extra amount.

The air india team did not communicate anything about the cancellation reason and support till date.
After checking with them for a refund due to cancellation, i was denied the same. They claim they had rescheduled the flight. However, i never received a call or message from them about the same.

I am unable to reach customer support since then since they never pick up the call.

    I want to draw attention of all, towards the misbehaviour of air india staff. The incidence was as under.

    We had a flight of air india, ai 868, pnr zc862 on 23/06/2019 at 10.00 p. M., from delhi to mumbai.

    We reached air port around 8.55 p. M.. We were 4 people. Me, my 2 kids, daughter (25 years), son (18 years) and my father (83 years). We all were having identity card in physical form, except my son. His i card was in our mobile. But security people were not accepting same and they guide us to go to some other gate. We went there. My daughter and my son were with the guard for security check and me and my father went for checking counter no. E. It was 9.15 p. M., we were on the counter.

    We were approaching the counter, where one gentleman was sitting. I was showing our ticket to him, but at the same time, one lady staff from the other counter, named kurdeep kaur, came and said that now it is not possible, time is up. I said please allow us. I am having sr. Citizen with me. She told where are your kids. I said they are doing security check, by the time please process for boarding pass. We had already done web checking, through inter-net. At least for 2 o[censored]s. After conversation this, time was 9.20 p. M.. Now she was telling that now it is out of time, you cant go.

    We are from defence background. I am also working in bank. By the time my kids were also reached but she did not allow us. I asked her to let me speak to your senior officer. She told me that i have already talked and he is not allowing.

    I went to assistant counter and requested them for help, but they also said that only counter e staff can do the needful. During this time, we were receiving calls from flight also, to catch it.

    Due to these type of staff behaviour and harrasment by ms. Kaur, we had to miss our flight and had to face huge loss. Financially, as well as mentally agony. I had to back to noida in late night, with my kids and my old father.

    The behavior of staff was not at all customer friendly.in spite of old aged father, having defence background, they did not allow us to check, though we reached airport well before time and also had web-checked on before had. But that lady staff intentionally not allowed us to catch the flight.

    I strongly oppose the behavior of such type of staff and want the air india authority to take strong action against this type of staff. They must be punished/dismissed from the public relation job.

    Last further, the monetary loss of rs. 23000/- due to cancellation of ticket, cost of local transport of rs. 3000/- and booking of ticket for next day travel costing of rs. 16000/- may be reimbursed to me. Failing which, i will approach consumer court for the financial and mental agony suffered to my family.

    Hope air india will take action immediately.

      Dear sir,

      This is to inform you that capt. Agnik bonnerjee, assistant controller with our national airliner air india company employee id 80038662 have resigned from the post on 12th of may 2019.

      I would like to let you know that air india personnel dept. Has not yet released me after 45 days of resignation and and six months o[censored]npaid leave. Air india ltd personnel dept has not given me correct salary slips for last six months including the month after my resignation. Although my salary is rs
      45000 the finance dept is sending me fraudulent salary slips in which there is no account for rs 14000 every month. I have called miss. Anita rajan from administrative dept only to find that she is receiving my call and disconnecting rudely. There is also one agm
      Mr. Jagdish who is negotiating the clearance negatively.

      I am connected with other people with no response regarding resignation, including hrd, personnel, gmops, and admin.

      I have worked with air india for two years meritoriously as an assistant controller i have found that people are really unfit and unable to work in a suspicious manner. There are people with dangerous zoonotic deseases like staph infection, ms, meningitis, hsv2 which i didn't like. I was about to take a loan for further training as a pilot when the finance department started spoiling my salary slip and extorting money.

          Dear sir / madam,

          It is with reluctance and regrets i am writing this email. I traveled from riyadh to mumbai in ai922 on 27th june 2019.
          I had two check-in baggage (Pictures attached alongside). One of my bags was tampered with. Chain and lock were professionally broken and my brand new samsung galaxy s9 plus 128gb mobile phone was stolen (Pictures attached alongside) post which the chain was attached back. The moment i tried to open my bag lock the entire lock and the chain fell off. All my things inside the bag were messed with and phone and the connector was missing. There were other small items which were missing too.
          I raised this complaint with air india staff (Nikhil chaudhary), csif and sahar police station.
          I even met and personally raised concerns about the luggage safety with csia operations manager (Mr. Dhiren)

          This is such a shame that this incident took place and there was very little air india airport staff could actually do. I went through the cctv footage of mumbai airport of my bags being loaded onto the belt by the loaders. I watched the cctv footage under the supervision of cisf personnel (Vicky kumar) however, he did not have access to all the cameras.
          I am very sure that my bag was scanned in the xray machine and the person knew very well that there was a brand new phone in my bag. This incident has taken place at either riyadh airport or mumbai airport.
          I have attached the bill of my phone alongside this email.
          I request air india to conduct a thorough investigation of what really happened. Right since my bag was checked in to riyadh airport all the way till i collected the bag at mumbai airport. This also includes the loaders loading and unloading my bags inside the aircraft too.
          I will personally be taking these matters to news, media and social media but before i do so, i want air india to figure out who the culprit is and return my lost item. I will also make it a point of never again travel on air india and will communicate the same to my friends and family.

            I was supposed to travel along with my family on 15 june 2019 from delhi to seoul by ai 310. We were made sit in the flight till 3am and then made transfer to other aircraft saying its a technical error, then till6am in the morning we were in other aircraft and finally announced for flight cancelled in the morning.in the after we were told the flight will leave at 330pm for seoul via hongkong. At 2330 hrs the flight reach hongkong and the seoul passengers were told to get down for 10 min so that the flight can be clean. By lying us we were made get down at hongkong airport. There a staff came and said the flight will leave in the morning at 08am and we need to wait the entire night at the airport without water food blankets anything. It was a night mare was everyone. Our entire trip to seoul of 2 nights gone in vain. Onward flight of jeju airlines which we booked for japan we requested the airport staff of seoul to help to postpone without any charges but he gave wrong promise and didnt help. All hotel, tours. Transfers onward ticket all moeny waste with high level harrassment by airlines.

              Dear sir,
              I travelled with my family on ai-916 flight from dubai to new delhi on 24.6.2019 on seats no 14a, 14b, 15a & 15b. However i am very sorry to say that the services of air india, hospitality, behaviour of cabin crew had detoriated a lot in the last few years as i have been regularly travelling on air india overseas on my business or leisure trips.

              Next time when i will travel air india would be my last preference because of the incidence and experience on my last flight and the same was the view of all the co-passengers travelling with me.

              The harrasment started the moment we boarded the plane as there was no cooling inside the plane and the acs were not working. It became highly suffocating inside and all the passengers including me were profusely sweating. However things improved after the plane took off and it reached its desired altitude.

              Next shock was the entertainment screen was not getting powered on on my seat no. 14b and touch of the adjoining screens on seats next to me was not working.

              To top it all the behaviour of the cabin crew shweta nanda on board the flight was really rude, blunt, arrogant, full of attitude and highly uncoperative towards all other passengers including me. She didnt even bothered to check the passengers for seat belts at the time of take off, my fellow passenger had put his hand bag on floor in front but she didnt even for once got it removed.

              She was bluntly refusing to all the small requests of the passengers and i dont know in which hurry she was. The lady in front of my seat had to ask her thrice for luke warm water as she was travelling with an infant but this crew was not even bothered to listen to her or to attend to any crew calling signs on board.

              Instead of listening or attending to the customers she was really in a hurry to just distribute the food pkts and was talking very rudely to passengers who asking for something to which she was blindly and bluntly refusing. She had heated arguments with many passengers to which some of the complained to the flight captain also.

              Her behaviour in flight have brought down the name of the airlines and our country. She doesnot deserve to be on such a job which involves a great amt of hospitality and skills of politeness and smiles instead she was too rude, arrogant and mannerless towards other passengers. Her misconduct towards her duty should not be tolerated for a second. I am very surprised and shocked how such hostesses are recruited and employed in such a competitive industry where services and conduct matters a lot.

              This is the main reason why foreign airlines are being preffered over our national carrier. I know no action against her would be taken but i am writing in a hope that one day someone will set all these things right and such type of behaviour would not be tolerated anymore and the culprits would surely be taught a lesson as it happens in other countries.

                I have booked my flight ticket using my sbi credit card to las vegas usa on[protected] through air india booking office coimbatore for the departure date[protected] from coimbatore air port. Since i could not visa before[protected] i have cancelled my ticket on[protected] from the coimbatore air india booking office. My e-ticket number is[protected].

                But even after one month from the date of cancellation the cancelled ticket amount rs 133000/- (Rupees one lakh thirty three thousands) is not credited into my sbi credit card account. The ticket price is rs 148311/- (One lakh forty eight thousands three hundred and eleven). Cancellation charge deducted by ai is rs 15000/-. Hence i request you kindly help me to get my refund credited back into my sbi credit card. I am looking forward your kind help and reply.

                  Sharing my experience about my recent travel from newyork jfk airport to delhi airport through air india flight. It was a long flight (15 hrs journey) and flight was overbooked as i got to know from their representative when i have asked for the up-gradation from economy to premium economy class.

                  Air india has given me a seat which was too uncomfortable. The seat was not getting reclined and i have to sit straight in upright position for 15 hrs. Due to this i suffered from back ache and severe neck pain and rush to hospital as soon as i landed to delhi. I have reported this issue to the crew members at the time of travel, to which one of them replied that they cant do anything and even if i develop any medical condition they are not responsible for it. Other crew members have not infact bothered to come back with resolution.

                  In fact this is not the single case. Few passengers were using crew's seat to sleep one by one as their seats were broken or not in condition to sit for even 1 hr. Several such issues were reported at that time itself to the crew. However nothing has been done.
                  I have paid full amount for booking my seat, then why should i compromise on quality? Air india is responsible for my medical condition and the bills that i am paying for my treatment. After all customer matters a lot. You guys are running your business because we are choosing your carrier to travel.

                    Dear air india team,

                    I puneet kwatra had lost my new brown wallet on the air india flight ai916 on my return flight from dubai started 22:00 dubai local time on 22nd june 2019 and reached delhi at 03:00 am delhi local time on 23rd june 2019. The purse is brown in color and had various debit and credit cards as well as priority pass cards in the name of myself puneet kwatra and my wife dhara kwatra and approx. 4000 dehrams.

                    Kindly register my complaint and please help locate my wallet by inspecting the allocated cabin and beneath the seats through camera recording as well. It seems its lost in allocated cabin above seats 27h, 27j, 27g as the cabin was already occupied by air india with their own belongings and hardly had any space for passengers to keep their hand luggage. Somehow, i had managed to place my laptop bag with wallet inside the front pocket without zip. The wallet might slip out from the open pocket and lost within the cabin itself along with air india belongings placed in the same cabin.

                    It might also be possible that i might lost my wallet beneath these seats.

                    It is a non branded brown color raxine leather purse.

                    It contains 11 cards in total including 2 priority pass cards in the name of myself puneet kwatra and my wife dhara kwatra.

                    Name on the debit cards and credit cards and priority pass cards -
                    - puneet kwatra (Myself)
                    - dhara kwatra (Wife)

                    9 debit and credit cards include :
                    - 4 hdfc bank debit cards in the name of puneet kwata and dhara kwatra.
                    - 2 hdfc bank credit cards in the name of puneet kwatra and dhara kwatra.
                    - 1 kotak mahindra bank debit card in the name of puneet kwatra.
                    - 1 canara bank debit card in the name of dhara kwatra (Wife)
                    - 1 icici bank debit card in the name of puneet kwatra.
                    - 2 priority pass card in the name of puneet kwatra and dhara kwatra.

                    The purse also contains approx. 4000 dehrams purchased from india in the bill name of puneet kwatra and dhara kwatra.

                    I further attach my passport copies of myself and my wife and my son as well as their boarding passes for your easy references.

                    Please help locate my wallet as this would be a great help.

                    I will be highly oblized. Please let me know, if you need any furthe details from my side.

                    This is with reference to the flight ticket booked via Air India. I received an Email two days back(16/06/2019) stating that my itinerary is cancelled and in turn i asked them over the mail and even called them asking for the reason and refund but there is no reply so far.

                      AI 330 scheduled to keave for Bangkok at 0150 hrs on 22nd June 19 rescheduled for 0230 hrs. Even at 0230 hrs there us no AI staff at the gate / counter 76 and 77 to lets know whats happening. No announcement and no body. Somevody briefly appeared and vanished saying that there is ground power problem. The least passengers expect is communication but as the general perception, AI specizes in 'no communication'. What a pity!

                          I had traveled in AI flight from Mumbai to Calcutta on June 14. I was an international passenger flying from Newark to Mumbai by United and Mumbai to Calcutta in Air India flight.

                          My checked in baggage arrived in Mumbai without any problem, but did not arrive in Kolkata, and now this is June 19th, 6 days since I reached, but I have not received my baggage.

                          I had contacted AI staff in Kolkata who stated me that the baggage is with MIAL security for additional checking and once that is complete, the baggage will be delivered to me.

                          It's been 6 days now, I have not received my bags. I called MIAL security and they mentioned that all checkings are complete and it is in the hands of AI to pick up the baggage for delivery.

                          When I am calling AI they are giving all sorts of lame excuses. This is disgusting and highly unprofessional and disgraceful for an international carrier like AI.

                          I would like someone to contact me send me my baggage ASAP.

                            Respected Sir / Madam

                            My self Kalagara Naga Brahmam. i have received an email from quicker on 27-May-2019 i.e., Congratulations you are selected in Air India for joining process send your resume on what's app-[protected]. Based on the mail i sent my resume to the above mentioned number through what's app on 28-May-2019.

                            On 31-May-2019 i have received an reply what's app message i.e., "Post : Engineer, Salary-35500 Location : Vijayawada Airport Terminal 1 Joining date 07-June 2019. For this process pay the application fee Rs.380/- through online payment" and payment scan code also i have received.

                            On 01-June-2019 i did the payment of Rs.380/- through google pay scan code i have received And also one mail id mentioned i.e., "hr_air.[protected]@aircraftmail.com" i forwarded all my certificates to this mail on 01-June-2019.

                            On 03-June-2019 i was received an text message from air india i.e., "your application on process for the post of aero engineer in Vijayawada airport your documents verified by Air India verification number is AIR06195GE". On the same day i received an what's app message i.e., " training will be there 15 days for aero engineer post and pay the Rs.5510/- training fee refundable in first month salary". I asked official mail conformation for that i was waited two days finally he says after paying Rs.5510/- you receive joining letters.

                            On 05-June-2019 i have paid Rs.5510/- through google pay

                            On 06-Jun-2019 i received other message through what's app i.e., "Submitted your training fee. now the executive says pay the MNR PROCESSING FEE OF RS.8300/- then join next day i.e" when i saw this message i was really shocked from 06-June-2019 to 11-June-2019 i am not paid any amount and i asked official conformation but he replays " you will receive your joining letters through post after paying MNR Processing fee"

                            On 12-June-2019 I received message i.e., " if want to join pay your MNR Processing fee till tomorrow or if not able to pay wait till October next vacancies" at that time i am really in confusion mode.

                            On 14-June-2019 i have paid the Rs.8300/-

                            On 15-June-2019 I received message i.e., " No Vacancies in Vijayawada airport vacancies in Hyderabad and Bangalore airport " on the same day i agreed to join in Hyderabad airport and the joining date was 24-June-2019.

                            On 18-June-2019(today) hr says no vacancies now wait till august

                            So i am requesting you to please verify my documents and provide the genuine information to me right now. Because i have a hope with this job i was resigned my current job on 07-June-2019. and entire my family depends on my salary. now i lost my current job for this recruitment process.

                              It has been 2 times my flights have been rescheduled in 5 days and no good alternatives is given to me. Last flight update is done done just 15 hrs prior my departure. This is not acceptable as i had to change my plans and bookings multiple times. Now i am reaching mumbai around 9.30 in the night with no place to go at that time. I would like a compensation for my troubles and a night accommodation at the airport lodge on 18th night. Please see this issue on priority.

                                HI,
                                In regards to our recent traveling in Air India flight on 30/05/19, traveling booked for AI 130 London through Mumbai and connection flight AI054 Mumbai to Kochi, our first flight was delayed and only started at 21.30 hrs from London and the connection flight missed, next flight we got was AI681, we suppose to reach Kochi at 07.40 in the morning but our flight only reached at 21.20 hrs.

                                Please see the attached evidence of our journey plan.

                                Also we lost lots of pound because of flight delay - we booked taxi from 35 church field avenue CB223LA to Cambridge at 06.40 and then from Cambridge to London Heathrew Stage Coach bus at 7.10 to catch air india flight at 1315 hrs, we re booked again these taxi and another later service bus. Our flight delayed more than 8 hours and we reached only at Kochi after 24 hrs, Also we didn't had no lunch provided on while 8 hrs waiting at Mumbai, Me and My daughter was highly exhausted, shocked from our this journey and too very long to get settled.

                                I am seeking legal advice to claim these for compensation unless you provide these direct.

                                Please consider this is my formal complaint and let me know if you need further information.

                                Please let me know the outcome of our compliant.

Sir/madam, i have tried to book air india ticket from air india website and also from the offices from Imphal and Delhi airport for journey on 19 Jun 2019 from Imphal to Delhi. There is no direct flight from Imphal to Delhi on 19 Jun 2019 so i will be traveling in air asia flight on
                                  19 Jun 2019.
                                  2. Hence, for Leave travel reimbursement i will be requiring non availability certificate from air india for the journey from Imphal to Delhi airport on
                                  19 Jun 2019.

                                    I am Abdul Umar. Already at the month of February I complained about the same issue, i.e., HR Bharatendu Namwal didn't give me job, As I lost my 25, 080rupees Asking Some application fees, duration fees etc. Till now It's over 4months, I didn't get job from him. Saying that 24th may vacancies open joining date may 1st week, now saying Vacancies Open in 21 june and joining letter Send to your home address. Repeating the same words from the past 4months. He is irresponsible even not Replying a message properly nor answering the call. Simply saying date and k dear.

                                      Today I have fly by Air India flight to DEL-VNS my PNR no is Z44NC tody time was 09;10 am I m carrying toy which was plastic toy gun and there is no battery and I have informed counter staff the counter staff deny it is not allowed in any where if it is check-in or if it is as hand bag I told him to l giving in check in baggage he strictly deny for that I told him to my child is with me and they have contacted with sentiment he is crying over but he is not permitted to carry in check in baggage I have destroy that toy's and throwing in dustbin...and the counter staff said that if you Cary this toy you will miss your flight ...I m totally disturb.and back to home...

                                      I think he wants I removed that's my son gift(toy gun) and give it to him.
                                      It's very bad to national carrier if they're want they take catora, but no harassment to pax and please provide me CMD contact number also than I ask that toy gun is allowed or not. In check in Baggage

                                        Hi Team,

                                        My brother booked flight for himself and for his family from London to Delhi (travel date -4th may) and Delhi to London (travel date - 27th may).
                                        Due to personal reasons, he couldn't travel on 4th May.
                                        And booked another ticket and travelled on 10th May instead.

                                        Complaint :
                                        When he arrived on 27th may, he was told by air line staff that his returning ticket is automatically cancelled due to no show of onward journey.
                                        They cannot board me until he buy new ticket and he was forced to pay 70k INR to get new ticket and he got harassed in front of public and airline staff, his family got scared by their behavior due to which he has to pay the amount as he cannot let them go alone. They forced to pay the huge amount by forcing and creating condition that only 10 minutes are left you want it ot not?

                                        1. I wanted to know, why his returning journey was cancelled without informing him or emailing him?

                                        He was forced to buy new ticket of 70k, when he was already holding ticket but your staff told him that they cannot consider my original ticket.

                                        This all has happened due to unprofessional behaviour and non communication by Air India.

                                        Who is going to compensate that?

                                        I will never ever refer anyone Air India flight, this type of behavior is restricting to change India Image in front of world. Stop doing this and start treating humans like humans.

                                        2. Please refund my money as soon as possible.

                                        I am attaching my ticket details for your reference.

                                        No contact from airlines till date, the level of mental torture has been at the max by the airlines, need to take strict action now as Air India are least bothered about their customers.
