Putrid handling of baggage of air india!! My samsonite suitcase which is hard bounded and is quite a strong one is broken from both handles!! The trolley is broken from behind and even the lock mechanism is broken!! I will definitely claim this loss that i hav faced because of the mishandling!!! Is air india really not even a bit concerned of their reputation?!!!
