Air India — booking failed but money deducted from bank | |
I Nitin Jaiswal, attempted to book a ticket from Hyderabad to Bengaluru for 9th Nov 2019 for AI 515. The booking failed to happen for PNR J6V1F but money got deducted from my bank. Please refund my money deducted via Google pay of SBI for amount Rs 2627 as soon as possible. Proof of transaction is attached. This is the second time it has happened and they have not refunded my earlier refund of 15000 still. Was this information helpful? | |
