Air India — claim losses

We had booked flight no.663 for Goa from Mumbai..PNR no. 7S6XNM
After arriving at the airport they said the flight is overbooked and we had to wait for 4 hours for the next flight..Oue entire plan got cancelled...We reached Goa by 6:00 pm, while we were supposed to reach by 3 pm..We had an important meeting which obviously got cancelled due to your stupid overbooking
I don’t understand why the hell do you take overbooking?? Are customers a joke to you??
I want a claim of atleast 10000 rupees because of the other bookings we had to do !
