Dear Sir, I had traveled by Air India on 18 March from Dehra Dun to Kochi. ETK[protected] refers. My membership number is[protected] in the name N ANIL JOSE JOSEPH. My old membership number is 50266973. The two accounts need to be merged Since my name is long - my name gets written as A ANIL JOSE JOSEPH 0r as ANIL JOSE JOSEPH N. I had forgotten to enter the membership number when I booked and had tried adding points online.
