Air India — Denial of Boarding at Amritsar for UK

Sir,
I Booked a ticket, for my Grandson from my own Funds, of your airline for Flight AI -117 with PNR No. MJ48DU from Amritsar to Birmingham which was scheduled for 27 Jan 2025 Ticket No was 098-[protected] in the name of Rupesh Kumar Kapoor . Amount paid from my account was Rs 56076 and the ticket was confirmed on with seat no. 27 B. My grandson was having a Valid passport, Valid study Visa o[censored]K Embassy and a valid ticket. He was to go to Birmingham for study in Birmingham city university for Master degree. I along with my Grandson reached ATQ airport timely but your air port staff did not allow to board the flight and keep my grandson standing for about 2 hours and thereafter returned after the scheduled time of flight. They harrassed me for 2 hours like anything. This happened with some other students also. I was marked as No Show. You are requested to refund my ticket amount besides harrassment done to my grandson. Action of Air india staff was illegal.
