Air India — denied boarding

Myself and my wife were scheduled to travel from delhi to dubai via air india ai995 on 17th january 2019. Pnr: z2mzx and h0xdx
Both o[censored]s got an email citing the schedule change in the flight, which was also confirmed by the air india’s official website (Proof can be provided).
We did the online check-in and reached 60 minutes prior the revised departure time but were denied boarding telling that the flight time was not changed and was on time and there was some mistake about the email and the website.

We booked another flight for next day morning (Spicejet) which was delayed by 7 hours.

We found it difficult to find accommodation at that late hour and the mental agony caused due to delay the next day is inexplicable.

We sent email to [protected]@airindia.in asking for ticket refund and proper compensation, but no response untill now.
