There is no confirmation mail for the cancellation nor its showing any details of cancellation in website. No response at all when trying to contact the customer care or toll-free number. No refund after cancellation and a horrible experience from Indian government run airlines.
There is no place of contact or response, itself is a headache for the customers and won't book or recommend these airlines to no one. If not able to take the phone call why they are putting these toll-free number on the website. Also, no reply for the mail send, just got the auto generated reply.

There should be a confirmation for cancellations same as we get for booking confirmation, or may be after the week they will say they didn't receive any cancellation request. Also mail for the refund process and where they stay on the process of refund.
