Complaint marked as Resolved I simply followed what was mentioned on the website, i.e. sending email to customer service.
In 15 minutes, I could see the confirmation on the screen (but no email received), after refreshing the web page (this should not be normally done).
In exactly 2 and a half hours, confirmation (with complete ticket) was delivered from customer support through email.
Another 2 confirmations delivered (with complete ticket) were delivered from customer support through email, one more mail came in between stating the confirmation and assuring the delivery of ticket through email.
I feel the customer service delivered exceptional service and would like to rate Air India Express 5 stars, because -
1. There were clear instructions on the website for failed payment / failed confirmation,
2. The customer service team is responsive given the very reasonable response time and
3. Multiple people in the customer service team are really interested and working on resolving the issue.
