amount deducted but failed confirmation on next screen

Booked a ticket from mumbai to dubai for may 06, 2020, on feb 13th. Payment made from icici bank debit card. Confirmation of the amount deducted from the bank came instantly on my phone. However, as soon the page was redirected to the merchant site, there was an error message saying the payment was failed. A message was displayed with an email address for contact if the amount was deducted from the bank and the ticket confirmation was not...

[protected], [protected] flight no ix -172, please find attached for more details about, flight was delayed 2 hours and on boarding pass they have mentioned gate no 6 for departure and they departure from gate 24 without and announcement, i missed flight and was sufferings 5 hours here and there ask for help, no one helped me and ask me to but new tickets for next flight, i need refund for my tickets which i not used, its highly appreciated i[censored] solve this case as soon as possible, worst services i had with air india and their staff, very disappointed they don't have any priority qua for ladies with baby,

    Hi, on 12th jan 20 i tried booking ticket through air india call center as usual, and made 50, 000 inr (Ticket cost - 214, 000 inr). Due to some technical reason i was not able to make remaining payment hence ticket was not booked. Though pnr number was generated. Now 50, 000 inr got debited from my bank account and the transaction successful.

    Air india said within 48 hours it will be credited back to bank account.

    But still today on 03rd feb 20 the amount has not refunded by air india.

    Kindly take serious action against them.

      I've booked a return trip from dmm to ccj via airindia express website using my credit card. I got confirmed tickets in my email and the amount also deducted from my card. After 3 days i postponed my trip to a week after the initial date. I paid extra for that using my debit card. After reaching airport for my outbound travel from dmm, the check in staff informed me that my ticket is not showing in their system. They asked me to wait for almost an hour and then informed that he tried to reach the hq but no one is available. He also told me rudely that if i want to travel today, i have to pay the full one way ticket amount of 901 sar again. After several minutes of argument i was forced to pay the extra money to travel in that flight. They gave a receipt of the same.
      I've tried to reach air india express customer care and they simply instructed to send an email to customer care with all details. After several emails to customer care and their nodal officer, they responded that they are investigating the same. I'm still waiting (More than 4 weeks) for an answer and the refund of my money

        payment went to error but money deducted

        I had tried to do a booking online yesterday (26jan2020) and after entering card details it went to error and didn't get any confirmation money was also not deducted at that time. I waited over 2 hours and did a booking any which got confirmed. But at night got 2 messages and my money got deducted twice. Amount of 680.67 dhs (13, 195.92 rs) was deducted twice. Only confirmation i got was :confirmation number "dquzla". Flight ix-537.

          I had (On 09-dec-2019) booked online an air india express flight ticket from
          Thiruvananthapuram to doha, qatar (Ix-373) dated 17-jan-2020, ticket charge was indian rupees 13673/- (Confirmation number zywjra)
          Same day morning i reached airport counter for boarding, then air-india
          Ground staff told me the system showing the ticket has been canceled and
          Refunded to my bank account, and forced me to take another flight ticket to
          Travel an amount of indian rupees 18395/- (Confirmation number xjorae)
          I repeatedly told them i never got any ticket cancellation mail from
          Air-india or refund details from the bank
          Now i came back to qatar and checked with the bank and bank confirmed there is no refund amount from the air-india.
          Hereby i am attaching both tickets and you can check the cctv at the desk too.
          Until today (21-jan-2020) i didn't receive any refund amount to my bank account.

            complaint about refund

            On dec 8th 2019 i book a ticket from shj to trivandrum using credit card. By mistake the date i have selected is wrong. That's why i cancel that ticket within 1 hour. After i got a confirmation email also. I contacted air india office in dubai. They said that email on [protected]@airindia.in. So i email on this email 4 times. They reply that refund money will credited within 20 working days....

It has been more than 4 week, but the refund has not been processed. When i call them, they are unable to give me a status. The details as included below:

              Dear air india express team,

              Last few years i am travelling with air india express from doha to cnn, ccj and cnn, ccj to doha. For the last week i got 3 days leave from my office to travel kannur, kerala, india. So i booked ticket with air india express and unfortunately it was utterly worst experience in my life. Following are the difficulties experienced during my travel.
              Passenger name: rashid thalayillath muhammed haji
              Travel date: doha to kannur (Travel date & time :17/12/2019, 22:30)
              Travel date: kannur to doha (Travel date & time :21/12/2019, 19:50)

              No: 1. On 16/12/2019 i booked ticket from doha to kannur (Travel date & time :17/12/2019, 22:30) through air india express website using commercial bank credit card. After the payment i got an error message "some error occurred". I didn't get any confirmation details or ticket details. After that i tried to contact customer support team on[protected] more than 2 hrs using 3 different contact number from qatar. I tried continuously finally got connected and they provided the pnr number (Confirmation number: xhmvex).

              No: 2. On 17/12/2019 i tried to reserve my seat using air india express website, selected seat number 6d and made the payment 25 qr using credit card. After that i went airport for travelling to kannur during that time from air india express counter they informed as your pnr number not showing in the list. I checked with air india express office for the issue, they told me you need to pay balance amount 25 qr for the seat reservation. I informed them i made that payment through my credit card and there is no pending for my ticket, i lost my 1 hr in air india express counter and i made double payment for the seat. My previous credit card payment not yet roll backed 25 qr.

              No: 3. On 19/12/2019 i booked return ticket trough air india express website from kannur to doha (Travel date & time :21/12/2019, 19:50) using commercial bank credit card. After the payment i got an error message "some error occurred". I didn't get any confirmation details or ticket details. After that i tried to contact customer support team on[protected]. I tried continuously and got connected, they told me your booking was cancelled from the website and payment will be roll backed. After some time account credited with an amount that is less than my actual payment amount. Lost amount inr 14457.91 and return credited amount 458.34 qr (Near to inr 9000) balance amount around 5500 inr

              No:4. On 21/12/2019 i reached cnn airport around 17:00 o'clock for travelling to doha. From the airport staff they informed check in not yet started because the flight is 2 hrs delayed (I didn't get any email or sms confirmation about the flight delay). I wasted my 2 hrs outside the airport. After 2 hrs 19:00 o'clock they started check in and during the check in they informed flight will be again delay another 50 minutes. So it will be 2 hrs 50 minutes delay. After the immigration from the display screen we can see that flight rescheduled again to 23:00 o'clock. And unfortunately flight departures on 23:35 o'clock. Scheduled departure time 19:50 and actual departure time is 23:35. So total off 3 hrs 45 minutes delay. The flight arrived doha 01:40. I am working in government sector (Supreme committee for delivery and legacy al bidda tower office qatar.) due to the flight delay today i cannot attend my office.

              This is not good experience for me, because i am travelling only for 3 days leave and i wasted my valuable time in airport, i cannot attend in my office. Also i paid more than 40000 inr for this trip.

              So kindly check the above mentioned details and take necessary action for the compensation due to flight delay, and please refund the balance amount informed in no: 2 and 3

                Respected sir,

                I have been using air india for a long time. Recently, i had a very bitter experience from your side.

                On 14.11.2019 i booked ticket with booking reference h84kg (E-ticket no.[protected] for my travel from bengaluru – delhi (Ai 501), delhi – lucknow (Ai 811) on 25.11.2019 and from lucknow to delhi (Ai 412) and delhi – bengaluru (Ai 502) on 30.11.2019 (Annexure a
                But unfortunately, on 30.11.2019 my flight ai 412 from lucknow – delhi got delayed for about 5 hours 20 minutes and reached delhi airport at 15.35 hrs. Which is evident from the ‘delay certificate’ dated 30.11.2019 (Annexure b & c).

                After reaching delhi airport i contacted ‘air india transfer desk’ and he directed me to airport gate no. 1 (Outside) for ‘air india ticketing counter’. After reaching gate no. 1, i found that the ‘ticketing counter’ was near pillar 9 in second floor. The staff at the ticketing counter were not at all co-operative. I waited for half an hour to get delay certificate. Standing in the queue for 45 minutes i got boarding pass from boarding pass counter for ai 174 delhi – bengaluru flight for my onward journey to bengaluru at 6.30 pm on 30.11.2019. At delhi airport i ran from pillar to post to get the delay certificate and boarding pass for ai 174 delhi – bengaluru flight.

                On 30.11.2019 at about 9.35 pm i reached bengaluru airport. As there was no connecting air india flight from bengaluru – kozhikode, on 14.11.2019 i booked a ticket from bengaluru – kozhikode in spice jet sg 344 for departure at 21.35 hrs. On 30.11.2019 (Annexure d). After reaching bengaluru airport i contacted spice jet office and they informed that sg 344 had already departed. Their next flight to kozhikode was on 01.12.2019 at 21.35 hrs. Only and they were unable to cancel the ticket and refund the full amount. They informed me that they were ready to cancel the ticket and that i would get a refund of about rs. 400/- only being tax amount. So, i did not cancel the ticket. Then i approached the air india counter at bengaluru airport for my onward journey to kozhikode. They said that they were helpless and couldn’t do anything. I contacted all other airline offices for my travel to kozhikode. The next available flight from bengaluru – kozhikode was indigo flight on 01.12.2019 at 9.30 am with a fare of rs. 6, 000/-. I was in a totally helpless situation.

                After all these sufferings at that night, i caught a bmtc bus from bengaluru airport to bangalore satellite bus station and from there to kozhikode by a kerala state rtc bus (Annexure e). I reached kozhikode on[protected] at 9.40 am.

                The only help from the side of air india was that i got complimentary breakfast at lucknow airport.

                I have suffered a lot at delhi airport because of the sheer negligence of the air india staff. Neither complementary food packets were provided at delhi airport and bengaluru airport nor any help was provided from your office.

                I ran all around delhi airport air india office to get a connection flight to bengaluru. I am 54 years old. Being a diabetic patient, my sugar level increased drastically due to these sufferings. My lab report and the doctor’s prescriptions support the same (Annexure f & g). I am working as private secretary in income tax department. I am not in a position to attend the office due to the mental sufferings.

                Considering my physical and mental sufferings and financial losses incurred by me for not cancelling my bengaluru – kozhikode air ticket, charges paid to bmtc and ksrtc bus, food and other charges at delhi and bengaluru airport, i seek a compensation of rs. 50, 000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only). I request a favorable reply from your end at the earliest, i. E. Within 15 days from the receipt of this letter. If no satisfactory reply is received from your side within 15 days, i will be forced to file a complaint before the district consumer forum at kozhikode.

                  Purchased a ticket from doh to cnn suppose to travel 4/10/2019 with ref wtaqvr, unfortunately was not able to travel so, i had to cancel this ticket on 3/10/2019 and advised that the cancellation amount will be refunded within14 days but till date, i haven't received any amount or update. I called manytimes to customer care also send many reminder email to finance dept and customer care till no response yet. Expecting your valuable assistance in regards to my refund will be highly appreciate.
                  Booked flight from sharjah to trivandrum in IX 534 scheduled @18:10 on 26/11/19' is being delayed more than 5 hours..
                  No one from airlines contacted the passengers and briefed about the delay..
                  Because of delay i was totally disturbed physically..
                  The clock that was ordered is not available, the watch that was not ordered has sent the garbage cart. My product was not avilble for my genx 5.0 smartwatch foldable watch . So send m your product so very local your was cheap work so my product was replase & Return for my money.

                    Yesterday (16/11/2019) i booked ticket in air india express flight schedule on 23 november 7.40 hrs on trivandrum muscat sector through member login page of air india express website
                    But money transaction not completed as there is delay in getting otp
                    Later i found the this booking in my bookings in the member page of air india express website
                    Which shows to retry payment to complete transaction. Accordingly i paid money...

                      Please note i book a ticket for my brother (Dmm-ccj-dmm) on[protected] on online from saudi arabia and canceled same day, confirmation number stopto, but until know i did not get back the refund amount sar 1, 070.25. I send email and call to customer care bunt until now i did not get any feedback just they taking all information without any response, i spent lot of money to call customer care.

                      So i kindly request you to please do the need full to refund my money

                        I was travelling back from sydney to new delhi on 3rd november 2019. I was travelling with 2yr old twins and senior citizen parents. After a nearly 13hr journey with highly disturbed and irritated twin i was given back by stroller with broken wheels. Imagine my plight that with 6 luggage bags and a set of senior citizen parents who could barely walk i had to manage my twins just because the airline broke my stroller... I demand an instant reimbursement for the same as i am a frequent traveller and it’s an expensive necessity item which they broke.

                          I tried on 31/10/19 to book ticket from dubai to amritsar and return for 3 passengers on dated 22/11/2019 & return on 24/11/2019 online.

                          After entering the credit card ending with 9810 details and otp for my card ticket has not been generated but instead an error window came mentioning "server error".

                          The amount of dhs. 2909.61 has already been debited from my credit card account.

                          I don't know what to do now.

                            Air indian express flight from chennai to trivandrum was delayed.. I am coming from china and got the information only after reaching singapore.. There was no way i could change my ticket during that time or do anything with it.. I know i am in a budget flight but you can atleast provide me with a place to rest just beacause it was ylur mistake.. Or atleast provide me with internet so that i could inform my parents. I dont have indian sim card with me

                              I am writing to seek your help, to get my refund from air india express.

                              I was booking flight for my family on september 2nd from dxb to ccj on airindia express official booking website. The booking ended up in error after payment was made, 1400 aed from my credit card. I called airindia express support which is only in india immediately after long wait on call, they attended the call and confirmed the booking is failed and shared failed one also asked me to sent an email requesting for refund to [protected]@airindiaexpress.in

                              I did the same and booked another ticket with online travel agent.

                              But since then every week i send email and even called them, all they can say is we have forwarded to finance team and said me to call finance team directly, and they never answer the call, but then why a company would have customer support line if they can not process or liease and resolve a common issue.

                              It's been almost two months now and i have no update.

                                I did travel with my spouse on airindia express flight ix346/10oct dubai kozhikode. I had to wait for more than 1 hour at kozhikode airport to retrieve the broken box, as the last piece on the belt.
                                Subject was referred to the staff and without looking at the box, he straight away informed that there is no compensation for broken wheels and handle. It is not the broken wheel, apiece of the box, along with the wheel was already gone.
                                Below is the complaint, which i forwarded to airindia express
                                Dear concerned
                                I did travel with my spouse, on ix346/10oct, dxbccj, with 3 piece baggage. I was satisfied with the in-flight services, but was totally dissatisfied with the mishandling of my baggage.
                                I had to wait for more than 1 hour to retrieve my baggage, which was received by around midnight. As soon as i collected my baggage, i noticed that corner of my suitcase was broken and the wheel is also lost. I reported to one of your airport staff, mr. Shibil, who informed that he is unable to do anything in this case. He informed that they are not handling such cases at ccj airport, and asked me to write my grievances and claim through the ix customer support by e-mail.
                                The baggage (Suitcase) under tag no ai351429 is now totally useless. Attached are images of the broken suitcase and copies of tag and boarding passes.
                                I request you, either to replace my suitcase high flyer th0193pcabs with the same quality one or reimburse the cost of the suit case, which is approximately, aed.200.00.
                                Awaiting your earliest action.

                                Air india express.
                                Even though airindia express is a budget airline, it doesn't mean that they can totally ignore the grievances of the passenger. I need a compensation from airindia express. I also want airindia express to strictly review the handling at the ground. Why should i suffer for their irresponsible handling.
