refund amount sar 1, 070.25

Please note i book a ticket for my brother (Dmm-ccj-dmm) on[protected] on online from saudi arabia and canceled same day, confirmation number stopto, but until know i did not get back the refund amount sar 1, 070.25. I send email and call to customer care bunt until now i did not get any feedback just they taking all information without any response, i spent lot of money to call customer care.

broken wheels of my twin stroller

I was travelling back from sydney to new delhi on 3rd november 2019. I was travelling with 2yr old twins and senior citizen parents. After a nearly 13hr journey with highly disturbed and irritated twin i was given back by stroller with broken wheels. Imagine my plight that with 6 luggage bags and a set of senior citizen parents who could barely walk i had to manage my twins just because the airline broke my stroller... I demand an instant...

no ticket issued after payment done

I tried on 31/10/19 to book ticket from dubai to amritsar and return for 3 passengers on dated 22/11/2019 & return on 24/11/2019 online.

After entering the credit card ending with 9810 details and otp for my card ticket has not been generated but instead an error window came mentioning "server error".

The amount of dhs. 2909.61 has already been debited from my credit card account.

delayed flight

Air indian express flight from chennai to trivandrum was delayed.. I am coming from china and got the information only after reaching singapore.. There was no way i could change my ticket during that time or do anything with it.. I know i am in a budget flight but you can atleast provide me with a place to rest just beacause it was ylur mistake.. Or atleast provide me with internet so that i could inform my parents. I did travel with my spouse on airindia express flight ix346/10oct dubai kozhikode. I had to wait for more than 1 hour at kozhikode airport to retrieve the broken box, as the last piece on the belt.
Subject was referred to the staff and without looking at the box, he straight away informed that there is no compensation for broken wheels and handle. It is not the broken wheel, apiece of the box, along with the wheel was already gone.br...

failed to refund on cancellation

Hi

I have cancelled a booking on 9th august 2019 and refund was not processed..

I sent too many emails and reminders to customer service and cvo and their reply was already forwarded to finance department. Now it is more than 75 days and they are still forwarding to finance dept and replying with fake promises..

It is sad to say air india express customer service is too irresponsible

lack of responsibility. lost baggage

I have been travelled in air india express on 4 th oct saturday at 23.50 pm from kozhikode to muscat with my family. On reaching muscat international airport on 5 th oct at 1.45 saturday i realised that my one baggage was missing and i have registered a complaint in the airport. Till now i haven't received any information about my baggege after 3 weeks... Its very disappointing....

payment scam (ipjuga)

On 31 august 2019 i have booked my ticket from air india express website from dubai to lucknow but after payment no any pnr has been generated as just got message that there is website error

After that i have contacted call center and they said please book through makemytrip as there is some issue on air india express website and your refund will be processed within 48 hours

Till now refund has not been processed...

irresponsible finance and customer team

I have book the ticket from doha to kochi on 31/08/2019 and the amount was debited from my card same time and due to air india website error ticket was auto cancelled. I tried the customer care minimum 20 times by email and phone and go the reply within a 2 days. Same time copied all the emails to finance which i have seen worst irresponsible finance department in india.
Now 23 days completed still i am getting the same reply which...

non receipt of cancellation refund

I had booked an COK-AUH-COK Air India Express ticket (RZUOPQ) for my mom Mrs. Syamala Velappan for travel from COK to AUH and back in April 2019. After the COK - AUH sector was used, we had to cancel the ticket due to certain unforeseen personal reasons. I booked an airticket for the below flight online through air india express site.
Round trip - muscat to mangalore on 07th nov 2019
Mangalore to muscat on 14th nov 2019

Air lines - air india express

An amount omr 162.080 of got deducted from my bank account instantly. But, i didn't get any confirmation number and airticket.

tickets cancelled without informing me

I had booked 4 tickets for myself, mom, brother and sister in law to travel from trivandrum to chennai. This was during the rains and floods in kerala and trains were being cancelled and flights were not operating from kochi. incomplete transaction - flight booking - request to refund air india charters ltd

On 1st july, i was booking a return flight for my family through air india express website online and paid the payment amount online using bank muscat card. Omr 232.800 debited from my bank account, but air india express website popped up with some error and i did not receive the air india express confirmation booking at that particular time.

ix 373 - flight delay

My wife is a regular passenger in this flight from TRV to CCJ (to and fro) on a weekly basis

On 08/07/2019, it is delayed by two hours but there is no prior intimation. Some times she has to wait in the airport, without having any intimation from the authorities. This is not an odd incident. This happens at least once or twice in a month

It is quite annoying that an airline of Air India flag has such an irresponsible...

less check in baggage

Before it was 30kg check in baggage from UAE to india. now online booking it is 20kg.but ticket fare high. Y u will give option for 20 and 30kg.u can make it direct 30kg like other airlines. When v book online v don't know it is 20kg. After booking in d written ticket it shows 20kg.butstill high price. Not organised. no proper food service. Overall not good service at all. But price very high....
