Air India Express — Damage and Pilferage

My PNR is Q166R0, I arrived from Dubai on IX142/25Feb. After reaching home I realised that one of my big suitcases is damaged from the handle, lock broken and I am missing my gifts articles, perfume and few clothes. The bag was manhandled and the remaining stuff was in haphazard condition. It was a shock of my life to receive my luggage in this condition after my holiday and missing Major all my items. I need your team to replace my bag and also advise me on the compensation of my missing articles. I need an investigation on how this all has happened.
