Air India Express — Damaged baggage

Respeted sir i had been arrived igi airport (New delhi) t3 on dated march 20.2020 with ix142 (Air india express). I found my baggage was broken, i registered my complaint same time with same airline officials (File reference - delai73628/20mar20/1615gmt). They also took the pictures of damaged baggage which was totally damaged. I have sent the email to concern department on dated may 20, 2020 but i didn't get any response. Please settle this issue as soon as possible.
