My FFP Number is[protected]. I believe that from 1-Dec-15 you have started a new process of KYC verification for all the FFP members. I have uploaded my documents on 26-Dec and till date waiting for this verification to get over. Till then, if I login to your portal as a Frequent Flyer then I am not allowed to book tickets !! No call-center member can resolve this issue or give a date for the resolution. Indeed a New Year gift to FFP members of Air India !! Was this information helpful? | |||||
