Air India Express — Non Delivery of Baggage and the Rude Behavior

I have taken the Air India flight for Jeddah to Mumbai to Delhi. From Jeddah to Mumbai it was a very Pleasant journey with Air India. From Mumbai I have to change the flight and have to catch the AI-806. I have deposited my luggage at check in counter and landed in Delhi and the pleasant experience start to become the worst experience ever. I have lost by bag after being reaching at Air India office at Airport they have told us to wait 2 hrs you can go we will deliver your baggage with-in 2Hrs after the flight lands here in Delhi and the time I am writing this mail it is almost 27 hrs and still no info of by baggage. Every time i am calling on the number they have given[protected] a lady from yesterday[protected] keep telling that we have recived you bag this evening and handed over to the courior will be delivered soon. Yesterday they have told me that it will be delivered by 8.pm then on 8 pm they have told by 10.pm it will be delivered. Today (01.03.2014) when i have called them at 10.am they have told me that take they number of courier company call them directly we have handed over to them now it's there responsibility's not ours. I have called on the numbers[protected],[protected] /01) as given by the air India staff they have not picked up the phone till 12.00 and when I have again called on[protected] that lady told me that i will tell you the status with in 15 mins. After 15-20 mins when i have called them she told me that they were not picking up there phone so can't tell the status keep trying to call on there number . And in frustration at 2.15 pm when i have called the AIR INDIA[protected] staff again Mr. Jitender told me that they have handed over by baggage to Couries and they have told me they luggage will be delivered by today evening . ten i say that you people have promised to deliver in 2 hrs he told that they have handed over to the courier service within two hrs then its courier company's duty not ours. Better to call them now. They I again called the courier company on[protected] and asked that i want to talk to their manager the person told me that i am the manager and regarding luggage he told me that don't call again and again" BAR BAR PHONE KARKE DIMAG KHARAB MAT KARO AAJ HO JAAYGA " and cuts the phone. and when i have asked them his name he cuts the phone and never picked up again. And then i have called on[protected] some Mr. Mohan Rathi picked up the phone and told that he is the manager of this we will try to deliver the bag ASAP. and when I have asked him about the person talk to me at[protected] he told me that " ARRAY SIR LEAVE IT PATA NAHI KISNA BOL DIYA MUJHE NAHI PATA KON THA " leave it sir don't know who have told this. So now I am writing this mail to you considering that you will take some action on it . I have some proof that how you people have mentally torture me with your Maharaja services. Kindly reply this mail, deliver my baggage, and take action against the staff responsible for this or otherwise will happy to see airindia in consumer court.
