Air India Express — Not informed gate changes and flight departure after so much delay,passengers waiting as per written on the boarding pass location "GATE NO.2&quo

After getting the boarding pass we two passengers namely komath zakkeer hussain, [boarding no. 133;flight ix 419;seat no.27b; 22/09/2016:cok to auh] and mundanvalappil ayithrumon;[boarding no.20 ;flight no. Ix 419 ;seat no.2d 22/09/2016, cok to auh] we requested express coordinator mr. Mathew, he did't do any alternative arrangment or board us on any other express flights supposed to leave in any destination in uae, instead of help he behaved very rudely to us.
Sir, i komath zakkeer hussain ;is an overseas employee for more than 32 years and frequent flyer in air india and air india express flights. We are waiting for your favourable reply
