Air India Express — payment scam (ipjuga)

On 31 august 2019 i have booked my ticket from air india express website from dubai to lucknow but after payment no any pnr has been generated as just got message that there is website error

After that i have contacted call center and they said please book through makemytrip as there is some issue on air india express website and your refund will be processed within 48 hours

Till now refund has not been processed as i have sent more than 100 emails with my credit card statement as well.. Even i have put higher authorities in cc but no response from them as well... Even the scammers voice i have mentioned this that im getting after every ten emails that "we have forwarded your details to finance for verification"

I have called to call center more than 200 times but after providing all the details they disconnected my call promptly as its a intention for not to refund

I believe that i have to go for consumer case as may be this scam is going on with so many peoples to grab double amount for single ticket
