Air India Express — Refund not received yet

I have cancelled my ticket booked with Air India on March 30th 2020 due to the Covid 19 situation. It has been 138 days and I have not yet received the refund. Even after sending multiple mails and numerous calls to the customer care, the response was not at all satisfactory.
