Regarding the refund request which you had approved; when we approached our branch, they informed us that there has been no intimation received by your bank instructing sbi to credit back the money which was incorrectly deducted from us.
Kindly address the issue with priority as it has been quite a long time since the erroneous transaction has occurred and there has been numerous number of communications regarding this issue till date.
This is utterly disappointing from a customer perspective to see such an unprofessional approach taken by a reputable airliner like yours. Was this information helpful? |
