Air India Express — refund of fee paid for rescheduling as rescheduling could not be done | |
I have made the payment of inr 2482.50 for re-scheduling via customer care with payzapp reference no as[protected]. However, rescheduling couldn’t be done due to some issue. Accordingly, i have made the booking via online website. Request you to kindly return the fund inr 2482.50 and confirm. We have been sending mail to customer care but no revert from them. The following attached ticket cancelled by the late arrival, its very sad that me reached at the airport 45minutes before departure, unfortunately air indian staffs are not allowed me to go
