I had booked a flight to India from Dubai on Feb 6, 2021. However, the flight got cancelled due to some technical reasons from your side. Given the options to choose cancel the itinerary or to reschedule, I chose to cancel the itinerary and requested for refund. The request for refund was initiated immediately and the customer support representative assured to refund the amount of AED. 1000 (Approx. Rs.20000) within 14 working days. I have been following with your team since then, but it has been nearly 45 days now and the amount is still not refunded. I never had such an embarrassing experience with any other airliner company. I really feel regretted for choosing your service and now I really feel that you are cheating your customers by not paying them back.

I have booked tickets from Varanasi to Mumbai but flights got cancelled due to COVID 19, now requesting the next update on my refund from one year i am following up every day but still not got my refund.
