Air India Express — Very Bad Customer Service | |||
This is to bring to your notice to all travelers out there to think real hard (not twice, but even more than that) before booking a ticket with Air India Express. I've booked an International Ticket & then my plans got just changed for some reason. From then on, I've been trying to postpone the ticket to a different date. I've been trying the website in which there is an option to "Modify" the date, but whenever I try to change it does not come out satisfactory. I then tried calling the customer care & to my surprise I understood that being such an Old/Reputed flight, IT'S NOT 24 Hour SERVICE. If a passenger needs any kind of assistance, he needs to wait once the sun rises & still wait again once the clock strikes 9am. With this kind of service provided how can a passenger be secured till the last moment. There are many number that I've tried but none, not even one did answer to my call. The number listed below as those being provided by the Flight's Website itself.
