Dear sir, I waited for refund for long time due to wrong information. First cochin office informed me, they will send check by post after submiting the documents. After two weeks of time also did not receive. When i called mr. Sharath sajeev in cochin town office, informed that already sent cheque by post. But after two days its credited in account. Your office people consider customer as joker. Its really indecent behaviour from air india expreaa. Saying lie about details. Its strictily against officials.
