Air India — fare deducted but no confirmation mail

I tried purchasing del-hyd, economy class air ticket on 28th august 2019 for a one way ticket on 14th september 2019.

I used mobile air india to make my purchase, upon entering all data and selecting pay by upi i was directed on another billdesk website. Here i gave my upi id to make the purchase using google pay. However, the fare got deducted from my account but no confirmation mail received. Sent mails to ecommerce and mobile mail ids asking for refund but no response. I want a refund as i need to buy another ticket.
