Air India — Full refund not provided , partial refund provided - waiting for more than 37 days | |||
I booked a Flight Ticket with Air India on 17th March '21 for travel on 30th April'21 for my wife's & daughter's (infant) travel. I am following up with Air India since April 2021 for the refund of my cancelled trip (Flight unoperational as provided by their customer care executive - Niharika & Manish -senior official). Never get any proper response from their mail Id except automatic replies and re-routing Complaint from one Table to another saying send the email to this email id than to another. Case ID: 09303339, 09418200, 09404429, 09401096, 09400872... there are so many case ID when I logged compliant I posted Tagging their twitter account. Had also raised online feedback request for whichever email provided and I could search on Google. It would be great if same is processed at the earliest from Air India as I have been waiting almost 37 days to get this partial refund back. Now, if I don't hear anything concrete from Air India I will have to route to Consumer Court & their Social Media Portal - Facebook / Twitter.
