Dear Airindia, It’s been more than 1year & 5months . Haven’t got any refund. Several reminders has been sent & received several affectionate apologies in return.What is the update? I have similar issue. Its been 1 year 4 months. No refunds.

It was online booked directly from Air india.
Now I have recieved the refund after 2 years on the same day when airindia to tata deal was announced.
